3 Day Blinds New Jersey

Our experience overall was poor. I would not recommend the vendor, They were not the cheapest and clearly not the best. I posted the review so others can view the customer experience and learn from our disappointment. 1. The front-end salesperson was fine. Albeit, when the first installation was scheduled, it turned out 2 of 5 shades were mis-measured and needed to be redone. 2. The follow-up after a week was poor as the installers don't return phone calls to schedule installation. A plus, there was someone in customer service who took it upon themselves to navigate scheduling an installation date with the new window coverings. 3. The second attempt to install was delayed by the installers several times on the date and they were late by hours although they did call to notify us of their lateness.. 4. When the installers showed up with the new shades, they discovered that one of the original installed shades couldn't be pulled down beyond 1/2 the window's length. It took 30 minutes for them to resolve that problem. 5. The two second installed shades were installed, but even those didn't truly fit. So, as it turned out, the Company only got 2 of 5 shades properly installed in one try: that is a 40% success rate, which in most schools is an F. 6. We may have other windows to treat in the future, but we would definitely not return to this vendor. 7. Lastly, when I attempted to reach the owner of this business to convey our dissatisfaction with the service of his company, there wasn't any transparency that the issues would reach the owner and that there would be some follow-up. Customer service seems to be a pro-forma issue.

The design consultant was very professional and personable. Her recommendations were excellent. The installers completed the work quickly and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

N/A - phone call to 800# revealed Company no longer services Manhattan. Info on Angie's List is incorrect.

not well. No need for an explanation. I was not happy with their products. I did not like the way verticals hung. And they did come back to fix, but, left me in the same situation. Nothing got fixed.

The sales rep, was WONDERFUL, However, for the quality of the Verticals I ordered, is NOT there.. also, they are still not hanging correctly.. You can definitely tell when you are outside looking at the window, and the placing of the verticals are NOT evenly spaced.

It was excellent. I am very happy. They have been working beautifully. We are very happy with them. It looks beautiful, they did a great job.

The blinds were fine, but the installer gave me a hard time. I had to reschedule with the installer because his daughter got sick and he had to reschedule it, and that did not go over well with me.

The sales rep was prompt, professional, and very helpful in helping me to decide which product to pick for my project. She spent over 2 hours with me and didn't balk at all. The installer was wonderful, He came on a weekend, did all the installations, cleaned up afterwards, showed me how to best use and work the blinds and was extremely courteous and professional. The blinds look and work just as I had hoped.

First of all the designer that came to my house, Denise Fallon, showed up EXACTLY on time. She was sooo sweet, friendly and knowledgable!! I am not a person that is good with decorating so it was absolutely wonderful to have her and her suggestions in my home, and she loved my dog as well!! lol :) She had a laptop showing me different types of window treatments and samples as well in her brief case. She was patient and did not rush at all! She did the measurements herself! Not only do I recommend this company I totally recommend Denise as well! I cannot wait to start on the other windows in my home!!! Thank you 3DayBlinds and Denise!! :)

Denise came out to perform the measurements and give us the estimate. She was totally knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very efficient. Bob, the installer, was just excellent. Excellent service. He was very efficient in his installation. He did all 11 windows in an hour and a half and everything is just perfect.

She was very professional and punctual, but the quality of the product was not very good. She was very straight forward, but in a very cold way. Her answers were very short and she couldn't give much options. One thing I didn't like about her was that when I called her just to get the quote, she told me you can take the measures yourself and just give me the measures and I can give you a quote right now and if you buy it from us, I can give you 10% off.
