+ -1 moreThey came recommended by others. Prudential NJ didn't seem to appreciate the house and gave a low appraisal in comparison to other agents. I called them to tell them they weren't getting the listing. It seemed to be a personal thing with just this agent. They called me asking why. I told them other agents were much more enthusiatic about the house and we sold the house much higher than this agent's quote. They were punctual and responsive. This agent didn't know his/her market.
Description of Work: We talked to Prudential NJ about listing the house with them. We gave them the opportunity to look at the house.

+ -1 moreHe tried to understand the buyers needs. He would spend time with you to go through the listings he had and eliminate houses that you wouldn't be interested in. He made my selection more efficient. He made them more targeted in an area. He was very helpful.
