Mike was so nice and helpful and explained everything clearly. He assessed the problem in my 18 yr old car, identified some other issues I wasn’t aware of, and advised that it probably was not worth the cost of the repair. No charge.

They do any work that isn't covered under warranty. They'll do if it is covered under warranty if they are able too. The good thing is, they'll tell you if they don't think they're the best person to do it, or if they don't have the right equipment or something. I've been dealing with Mike for probably 20 years. I would absolutely use them again. It's hard to find an honest mechanic. Aside from being very good, like I said, he will tell you, no, I'm not the best person to fix that, because I don't have xyz; go to XYZ and get that fixed. You can't do better than that. It's not just because I'm a male. He treats females the same way. He's honest with everybody, he doesn't take advantage. You can walk in his shop and say the car's knocking, he'll take a look at it and say well, it's xyz and it'll cost you xyz to fix. If I cane in, with the same problem, he'll say I'm charging you the same thing I'm charging her.

I was there a month ago. Those guys are honest and straight shooters. I provide the oil. He said it was cheaper for me to buy it than for him to order it. I've used them since 1989. I would absolutely use them in the future and I would send other people there.

The work was done quickly and smoothly. I was looking for someone to do an auto inspection on a day before a long weekend, and Gelormini was able. The owner told me he would be able to do the inspection within a half an hour and sure enough, it was done.

Spot on. I've been using Gelormini's Auto Repair for many years. Top quality work and honest as the day is long. I've heard Mike, the proprietor, send customers to a dealer because the customer didn't realize that the work would be covered under warranty. Yes, a bit more expensive than some gas station garages, but less than a dealership. You get what you pay for. You might find a cheaper or shop or find somebody who will tell you what you want to hear, but not what you need to hear. No BS from the staff, and if SAFETY is important to you, you can't go wrong. Clean shop and office. And they will provide a loaner for convenience.

Gelormini's is our go-to local auto repair. They will tell you what needs to be done, and what doesn't need to be done (even if the dealer says you should do it). They can explain what the repair entails and whether or not you can wait to have it done.

The staff at Gelormini's took the time to evaluate the problem and provide me with a detailed estimate for repairs. Based on the estimated cost and the age/condition of the car, I opted not to have the repair done. The staff were very accommodating and supported my decision not to repair the vehicle. Great experience. I learned about Gelormini Auto on Angies List. Good and honest mechanics are few and far in between but Mike and his staff there are just that. Mike took the time out to sit with me and go over and suggested a few things. Highly recommended.

The service is very good. Their prices are reasonable. They are reliable. They try to fix only those things that need to be fixed instead of adding on additional services. It is personalized customer service.

Overall, the experience has been great. They're excellent mechanics, straight-shooters and are honest. They're also personable and friendly; I wouldn't have been using them for over fifteen years if they weren't great!

The price was so high because my Nissan is expensive to fix. They're an honest shop. They do exactly what they say they're going to do. They do not rip you off. They've been in business for years and I've been going to them for years. They're wonderful people to work with. They have a computer to do diagnostic work. They work with major car brands.

As usual, Mike and his team's performance was outstanding. The car was accepted and finished on time. The work was done as promised and in a very professional manner. Several items were pointed out as possibly needing to be done in the future (front suspension) but there was no pressure to have them done during this visit. Gelormini's keep in touch on each of the major issues that came up and expert advise was offered on solutions. Have been taking my 4 cars to Gelormini's for over 10 years and have found them to be honest to a fault and very expert in all the repairs they have done. On one of my previous cars had a strange problem, Mike spent several hours on line researching and eventually came up with the solution. A true professional. Can't tell you how many times I've just stopped by with what seemed to be a small problem and Mike had it taken care of on the spot - usually for no charge. Would not take my cars anywhere else.

They are good mechanics and they know what they are doing. They don’t cheat you and they treat you fair. I have been going there for years. They get the issue fixed and they are responsive.
