I can’t say enough good things about Bruce Lessing. He’s helped with at least 3 emergency projects at 2 different properties. When you call Bruce’s office you can be assured of 2 things. Bruce will personally call you back; and when he or his team arrive to do the job he will do it right no matter how challenging. I often tell people it’s more important to have a good plumber than a good doctor. And if you use Bruce I stand by that.

We called late one afternoon and Bruce arrived the next day at the scheduled time. He was efficient and fixed everything correctly the first time. We were especially pleased that he diagnosed a water stain in the kitchen ceiling as being unrelated to a 2nd floor drain and actually due to a prior leak from our AC unit. Many people might not have taken the time or had the ability to correctly diagnose the problem and might have started an unnecessary project. This is the second time we have used Bruce and he will be our first choice for plumbing work. Price was very fair.

He is a very friendly guy and he does a good job and he is very competent; we've used him for things.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF HIS RESPONSIVENESS AND FAIRNESS. HE IS VERY DEPENDABLE. I GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER MY FIRST PHONE CALL AND THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE.

I HAVE USED THIS PLUMBER ON AND OFF FOR A COUPLE YEARS. I REALLY TRUST HIS SERVICE AND THE WORK IS SATISFYING. I HAVE HAD NO MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH HIM. I DO THINK HE IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT I STILL RECOMMEND HIM.
