They gave me a good estimate and explained what additional costs might be necessary depending on what was found behind the walls. They were up front about not doing wall repair/sparkling in case they needed to fish wires around the ceiling to the outlet.

I can't praise these guys enough. Garrett and his partner were so amazing at locating and fixing the problem, I immediately asked them to come back for some other issues I'm having. I was expecting to have to pay triple what they actually charged. They explained everything they were doing and didn't waste any time even when I was talking their ears off. They performed admirable work however I was charged $125.00 service fee and for that reason would not hire them again. I was anxious for the work to be done and their price was $155.00 cheaper than another company I looked into. I'm surprised I hired them because I never go for service fees and they were very high.
