+ 0 moreThis is the second time Moore's Plumbing Heating has been given a contract by American Homeshield to do work at my house. The first time they did not call me and American Homeshield found another company to do the work. They contacted me and we scheduled the appointment and they said I would get a confirmation email which I never received. They were supposed to be out today to do the service. They called me at 8 AM to let me know they would be there in an hour at the latest 10 AM. They did not show up and called at 10:40 AM to try to reschedule for another day as they were stuck on another job. I let them know I had taken the day off from work and I could not do it on another day and I needed them to come out today. They said they would definitely be out today. After 1 PM when they still had not come out I called American Homeshield to let them know. Moore's finally called me at 2:40 PM and said they were still coming. It is now after 5 PM and they still have not come and have not called to give me any idea of what time or if they are still coming at all. It is also now to late in the day for American Homeshield to find another company to come out. So I missed an entire day of work waiting around my house for them to show and now that the problem is not fixed I cannot use 2 of my bathrooms. **Update** They never showed up at all.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with American Homeshield and as I have a clog in my plumbing I contacted them. American Homeshield contacted Moore's Plumbing Heating to come out to fix the problem.
