This company never reached out after a requested quote. I'm sure they are so busy that new customers are no longer welcome. Funny how when companies like this start, they will do anything for new clients. However, now that this company is established, new customers can pound sand. Thanks for nothing.

I got your phone call. I am really upset. Your two men came in my house and looked up in attic at my system and left it completely open! !! We had another AC guy come today and now the fan won’t even turn on. Also, he went up into the attic and asked why is everything open? The air handler was left completely open, control board was completely left open cover off! Is this how you conduct business? You had two very young men and one of them was just learning come and try to “fix” my AC and still charge 1800 dollars for 2 lbs of r-22 Freon and a ac cleaning. Well Freon was added unit was cleaned total of 200 dollars spent normal money not your 900$ dollars a lbs quote and problem still Exists so question here is what next after 1800 what would you tell me Next I need a new unit like your rep told me because your unit is so old , probably or Maybe a real HVAC tec will TRY and fix it like it is suppose to be. Alright enuf complaining here ! To say I will never use your company again and that is sad to say but sorry bridge burned for life on an outrageous price gouging quite appalling to be quite honest.

Dustin was very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, and always very punctual (on time or early) for the estimate, for the leak check, and for the actual project. The work done was very professional and efficient, and he satisfactorily resolved the issue. A major positive for Dustin is that he uses his knowledge and experience to help the customer make an informed decision throughout the process. Most of the other HVAC specialists tend to push for the most costly project of doing a full replacement of the AC system (or only offer a quote for a full replacement and it is also usually based on only the one brand that they carry with no choice to go outside that where one company discussed having to do supplemental work and cost to get that brand to fit with the existing system). Dustin makes the effort to provide available options to help the customer as opposed to just trying to get a sale for the company. I'm very happy with the end result and with my choice to work with Dustin. I would very much recommend him to others. If you are getting estimates from others (I would recommend getting a few estimates), I would suggest including Dustin to consider him (against the other salespeople/estimators that show up). (I know Dustin has more positive reviews elsewhere, but he should have more here so posting here.)
