Sunburst Shutters New Brunswick

We wanted to have new window treatments since my existing blinds and drapes are about 25 years old. I compared the quotes and reviews about 4 different companies and Sunburst Shutters of New Brunswick of one of them. While the price quote from Sunburst Shutters was higher compared to other companies, the customer reviews of this Sunburst Shutters from California and Nevada locations showed high rating and good customer satisfaction. The reviews described about the quality of their polywood shutters from good to excellent. So, we decided to go with Sunburst and we are very happy with our decision. From my first call with the office manager Vanessa Villa to final installation, it took less than 3 weeks which I think is amazingly fast. Our salesman Mike Horn was very punctual and professional and went over the details during the consultation visit. We had 28 windows for the shutter installation. Both Mike and Vanessa worked with us re. pricing and the installers were very good as well and cleaned up after their work. Everything looked great when the installation was finished except for one major issue we found with 2 French doors. Both Vanessa and Mike worked with us closely to resolve the issue and provided a solution which we are very happy with. We very much appreciated their help and efforts to go the extra mile and achieve customer satisfaction with the French doors. We highly recommend Sunburst Shutters of New Brunswick. Fantastic! Professional treatment from first phone call to installation. Shutters are beautiful - We wish we did this years ago. Totally transformed the rooms. The quality and craftsmanship of hte shutters is excellent. The sales person was extremely knowledgable and made the appropriate recommendations for our home. The installer went above and beyond. We seriously could not be happier! Updating on 5/14/13 - shutters look as good as they did the first day - utilities bills have gone down as well - great purchase.
