Joe's Home Improvements is a full service home repair, improvement and renovations contractor. I take pride in the old fashioned values i was taught and do quality work at a fair price. Serving Middlesex, Monmouth and surrouding counties, i can help with every aspect of your home from emergencies to carefully planned remodels.

Put a drain from my driveway to my backyard Sloppy work. Left dirt all over & covered my decorative stones with dirt. I had to dip them out. Worst he cut into 4 water sprinkler lines. Which I had to have the sprinkler company fix which he refused to pay for

Actually it wasn't sloppy at all. Every was cleaned up. Indeed 3 sprinkler pipes were cut through.. that is what happens when you don't mark the area and tell the contractor about underground sprinkler pipes. That is the responsibility of the homeowner not the contractor. She marked TWO sprinkler heads, not in the area where the trench was going and said there was nothing further back in the yard. After we cut the first one she said oh.. I didn't know but I'm sure that's it. Pipes 2 and 3 cute together later on. We did what we were paid for in a professional way, followed all applicable rules, laws and industry standards. We are not responsible for the homeowner's neglect to mark where her underground sprinkler pipes were and will not be bullied into paying for her mistake

Plumbing is not my forte by any means and Joe came and installed my hot water heater and welded a new valve I had no idea was broken and when he showed me why I was so thankful because if he hadn't I was looking a potential flood in my basement. I don't say this about many people but he was worth every dollar and he was reasonable. I would definitely hire Joe for any project he's reasonable and he's reliable. Thank you Joe
