The guy called my husband once, told him he was busy. Asked that my husband call back. My husband did as he instructed and called two more times before Mr. Decker answered the phone. He was extremely busy but would try to come to my house last week. Ten days later, we are still waiting to hear from him. I hate writing a review like this but we have been trying to get this done since before Thanksgiving. We have moved on to someone else to do the work.

He's very good. He has done so much work in my furnace and other areas. It was a good water heater. He's only one person so he can't always get here when you need him. He may not be able to do it right away but he will respond.

Things went very well. He was very responsive. He's very understanding and he knows his stuff. He's been doing it for a very long time and he's very knowledgeable.

They are very good. We looked them up from Angie's List, liked their reviews and gave them a call. They called us back right away and came over. They are very professional.

Left messages for several plumbers. Since it was right before the holidays, we did not expect much. Decker was the second one respond. The first one refused to give a flat price so we chose Decker. He came on time. Finished the work within an hour and the price was fair. We've never used his service before but it turned out to be satisfactory.

On time, assessed problem, went right to work. They cleaned up afterwards. Here 5 hours.

Mr. Decker was very responsive. We call him for basic plumbing problems such as leaking faucets, toilets that won't flush properly, etc. We've used him for many years and trust him to be prompt and efficient.

I called a number of plumbers from AL over the Labor Day weekend and left messages about my problem. I gave the job to the first one that called me back and I was very satisfied with his work. Of all the others that I left meesages only Francis E Decker & Sons called me back. I explained that I gave the job out as it was a pressing need and Mr. Decker understood completely. He came across as a real professional and I was impressed.

The man who came out was fine. He was very punctual. I did not dislike anything about him. He came right away and fixed the pipe in only about an hour. His prices were also reasonable.

Francis E. Decker & Sons were coming on time and everything. They're efficient.

He was very good. It went very well. I got him from two sources and people that I work with had used him. His prices were very reasonable. There were more expensive options he could have used to do the job but he said that he would start with the least expensive to see if it would work. He didn't try to rip me off. The price was very good and everything was fixed with no problem. I had used a plumbing service that if you called they came the same day but I had become unhappy with them over the years. This guy is not a quick same day turnaround person. I had to wait a couple of days to a week for him to come. I already am going to use him again to replace my hot water heater.

I'll just tell one story: 11 years ago when my son was just home from the hospital our sewer backed up with sewer gas coming into the basement. Mr. Decker treated this as an emergency because of the baby and me, showed up at our house within minutes, and had the problem fixed within an hour. He's not always THAT prompt, but he's completely reliable, reasonably priced, and really nice guy. My husband and I recommend him to anyone who asks.

WE HAVE USED THIS PLUMBER FOR YEARS. I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. HE IS A HARD WORKER AND ALWAYS ON TIME. ANYTIME I NEED HIS SERVICE, HE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO COME.
