Description of Work: Our smoke alarms shorted at 1:00 a.m. during a blizzard. Firemen had to come help us turn them off, and found water pouring through an alarm in the second floor hall. Turns out the snow had been driven sideways through vents in the Western end of the attic. Enzo's team dried the space, replaced soaked insulation, and dickered with the vents to protect the interior until enough snow was off the roof that they could check for additional trouble. That done, we will follow up shortly to prevent this happening again in another bad storm, summer or winter. We will have Padovani do that work. We recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Enzo Padovani and his crew (especially Walt and Sean) provided a superior job, replacing our house roof, residing a section of the house, and building a new front porch and replacing all the gutters. The prices for each of these jobs was very much in the norm for the area. Attention was paid to doing a complete job, and cleaning everything up as they went along. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: My roof suddenly sprang a leak which i attributed to a skylight. Enzo came out promptly and found the leak was doe to my solar panel support. He patched the area and diverted rain from flooding the area.

Description of Work: Cleaned roof and partial power wash of house. Very nice to deal with. Owner came out to see house and discuss job. Work performed on agreed upon date. Very courteous. They took the time to remove my hanging plants and deck furniture out of harms way. After they were done, they put everything back exactly as it was. There was a spot on roof where roof indented--they climbed right back up and put flashing under the problem shingle protecting the integrity if roof. No charge. If I need this service again, I will not hesitate to use them. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They cleaned the roof and gutters. They also nailed down loose roof shingles and downspouts. The 2 man crew were friendly, courteous and professional. My roof is 25 years old and they told me I have some years left, as opposed to trying to up sell me into a new roof prematurely. I will certainly get an estimate and highly consider using them in the future for home improvement projects.

Description of Work: I was experiencing a leak in my roof at the dormer. Enzo Padovani called me on Tuesday in response to an internet request for an estimate for a repair. He was in the area and met me at my home. Told me the flashing on the dormer was leaking. He advised he could do it the cheap way with caulk which may not last or fix it right. Very honest and the repair was done on my approval. The crew were working on cleaning a roof in the area and returned after that scheduled job to do my repair. Prompt response and professional repair.

Description of Work: Just before Christmas, we noticed stain from a leak in the cathedral ceiling of our family room. Since the chimney is there, we had the flashing around the chimney redone, but the leak remained. I found Padovani via Angie's list, and was impressed by their many "A" ratings. Enzo responded promptly to our message, and came by to assess the problem. He climbed on the (snowy) roof, and crawled around under the eaves in our trap-door accessed attic. Given our terrible winter, it was mid-March before it was safe to repair the roof. Enzo and his team arrived before 8:00 a.m., with the special materials he had ordered, and all that they would need for the repairs. Since Enzo's original estimate as to the size and probable location of the problem was correct, in about half a day they had repaired *2* leaks, closed some roof-line vents that were lessening the effectiveness of the attic fan, cleaned up everything, and finished the job. We have just endured 36 hours of very hard flood-inducing rains, and the roof held up fine; no leaks. | |In sum, they were every bit as good as their Angie's List recommendations had led us to expect. We recommend Padovani highly.

Description of Work: Mr. Padovani and team moved transome window plus 2 rear doors. He placed w/Anderson double hung and rebel dutch door. He also replaced exterior siding, exterior outlet door bell, interior trim, and slab repair. Mr. Padovani cleaned 40-ye Timberline roof. . . looks new!
