It went very well. The first person who came out evaluated it and gave me the comparison of replacing the damaged panel or replacing the whole door. He put the damaged door back on track and didn't charge me for that at all. They were very reliable, called and arrived when they said that they would and were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Simple, fast, and easy to work with. Would definitely use again in the future. We appreciated their speed in addressing the issue.

My almost 70 year old house/garage needed some retrofitting to install the opener. The cost of the additional labor and materials was very reasonable. The installer was very competent. Arrived on time, did an excellent job. Very happy.

You really couldn't ask for more in a company. The office was open promptly on a Monday morning. Shortly after phoning I received a call asking for a little more information about the type of door and spring. Someone came to measure the spring then returned to do the repair. By 11AM that SAME morning the door was fixed. Total cost was an extremely reasonable $239 for prompt and reliable service. This same company had replaced one of our door at least 20 years ago. You really can't go wrong with them. I will refer them to anyone I know who needs garage door service.

I contacted the company on Monday and spoke with Gus, and then finalized the contract with Alex before close of business that same day. I wasn't able to be home that day and yet they came out, measured the door, and emailed me links to the appropriate type/style of door that they recommended I use to replace it. With the exception fo signing the contract, everything else was done either on the phone or through email which enabled me to not have to take a day off of work. I was told that the install would take 7-10 days, but Alex called me two days later to let me know that my door had come in and that they would do the install the next morning. Professional, courteous service, they took the old door away, and were readily available to answer all of my questions. I would definitely use this company again.

Original delivery as projected by servicer. Minor damage to plastic frame surrounding glass panes on one door panel, noted by us after installation. Notified seller who suggested pane replacement. Seller ordered new pane; delivered on time but could not be installed as the one in place could not be removed. Seller then ordered new door panel. Delivered when projected, but similar damage to pane frame. Ordered panels two more times because the protective foam sheets sent with the door panels adhered to the paint on the new panels and there was damage to a second panel during attempted installation. At the end of the day, the new panels were installed with no damage and the door works as expected. Seller really stood behind the product and the Servicer (Neptune), the work. All of this occurred post Hurricane Sandy when the Servicer was very busy elsewhere and our order was prior to and not connected with Sandy.

I called to make an appointment but Neptune Door sent a technician within about 20 minutes; I had inadvertently provided some inaccurate information and the technician didn't have what I needed so he went and got it and finished the job in 45 minutes when he came back. I will definitely use Neptune Door again.

He did a good job. He told me to call if I had any further issues, I have not had any problems with the door since.

The technician arrived, explained that he could probably adjust our old opener, but we preferred a new one. We ordered a new opener, outside keypad and wanted all remotes to work both doors (an existing opener in the other garage bay and our new opener). He made an appointment for the next day, arrived as scheduled and installed everything. There was one little glitch with the new opener but another technician came back after hours (5:30pm) to change out the board. He also brought a new universal remote to work both garage door openers. He also programmed the built-in remote on my sons car to work the doors and we purchased an additional remote for another car. He offered to return on Saturday with the additional remote. He did not ask for payment until all was working well and the extra remote delivered and programmed. He answered all our questions and even went above and beyond, resetting the sensors in the other garage door bay and oiling all the door joints on both garage doors. The technician was very pleasant, always on time, the price was extremely fair. i would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!!

They were good. They were excellent. They were very easy to work with. They did their job. I had no problems with them. They have nice products.

I called Neptune Door on Thursday for service on the door. I was quoted a price of approximately $258. to replace the sensors. In spite of a big post-Sandy workload they called me on Monday morning and came out shortly after. The problem was determined to be an open wire rather than the sensors themselves. The wire was replaced, the sensors realigned and the opener tested. I was also given advice on replacing the gasket on the door. All friendly and professional.

It was not an expensive item and he was honest about it. We were very satisfied.

They were excellent. I have no idea how much we spent, but they were reasonable. The install went fine. They knew what they were doing. They did a good job. The quality was excellent.
