Description of Work: They cleaned our oriental rug which needed a lot of cleaning. They came when they said they would, wisked it away and a week later returned it just as easily. AND it looks great!

Description of Work: The offer was to clean an Oriental rug for approximately half off of their normal charge. | |This outfit is excellent. The company went way out of it's way to ensure that every aspect of the job was coordinated and communicated. Pick up was punctual and took very little time to move furniture and take up the rug. | |They even beat their own estimate for the time required - two days earlier than promised. But of course they checked with me first to make a revised delivery of the cleaned rug. | |And the results were very good - better than I had hoped for for such an old rug. | |Good follow up to be sure I was pleased.
