Jersey Steamer

The communication with the provider was all done over email and on a Saturday, which I appreciate. They arrived in the time window they gave us. The people were professional and thorough. Spots that I didn't believe were going to come up did, except for the highest traffic area the carpet looked pristine. Very satisfied and will be using them again.

I have used other carpet cleaners in the past, but Jersey Steamer is better. I don't know if their equipment is better than the other company, but it came out great. My carpet was very wet with the other company and dried stiff. I will use this company again.

For the price, it was OK. Carpets had more moisture left behind than other companies. They did not wipe up any water spills.

They accommodated our request for a quick turn around on the job because the finished basement was painted over the weekend. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and accommodated our needs. The carpet and couch look good as new. We didn't know the price up front because there was no time for getting an estimate but the crew didn't take advantage of us without an estimate and we will be using Jersey Steamer for all our cleaning needs!

The rugs were dropped off at a neighbors house because I was not home. Both rugs had fringe on them. They didn't look like they were even cleaned. One rug was green and was still rolled up. You could still see stains on it. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend them or ever use them again.

We had to reschedule the original appointment and they were very accommodating nice folks. They called a day before the appointment as a reminder. They called us during the appointment window to tell us approximately when they will be reaching our place. They were on time and work was done within one hour, the couch and chairs looked a lot cleaner than when I do it myself. I think the powerful van/truck mounted vaccum/steamer is very good. We did it as our regular maintenance and not to clean something super dirty. I was completely satisfied with their work. As a courtesy they also cleaned my carpet in the end (as it avoided them laying out their rugs in the cleaning area). I used their Angie's list special ($99 for two pieces of furniture) and payed for the 3rd piece of separately. I would use them again.

Jersey Steamer did a very nice job. Our kitchen and foyer had turned quite dirty after the grout had almost turned black in color. It was very difficult for us to remove grout. Jersey Steamer completed the job within hours and it came out really clean. The area was little bit more than 300 sq ft, but they just said that they can cover it and would not want to charge extra. Overall, a very good job from Jersey Steamer and I would like to use them in the nearby future as well as recommend them to friends.

very professional came in and did a great job cleaning the carpets .

The men were courteous and fast. Took about 2 hrs. Will be calling back to try again with the tough stain in the carpet. I also didn't know they do the tile up to 300 sf. but happy overall with the results and will use again.

These guys are the best,showed up on time very professional,did an exceptional job, 25 yr old kitchen tile came out like new,would recommend them to anyone.

Steam cleaned all carpets in house. Everything came out great! No problems, John and John were nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The floor looks beautiful & much cleaner than it has in a long time! The 2 men arrived within the stated 2 hour time frame. They were highy professional. They informed me immediately of an additional charge, which I expected because my floor was larger than the promotional offer. They performed the work very efficiently and gave me instructions for future cleaning. They were curtious and polite. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

Grout looked like new. Excellent job.

The rugs came out clean. However, (2) pieces of furniture in the living room should have been moved but was not. You could have had a deodorizer or stain resistant put down but they did not ask which one I wanted & unfortunately I totally forgot so by the time I remembered they already put down the deodorizer. In the future I will ask if they have older gentlemen as the two who performed the work on my carpets were young, although very pleasant, believe they could have tried to be a little more personable and go over everything or ask questions if needed. On the whole the rugs definitely looked clean & would use them again. The girls who answered the phones were very pleasant and helpful and this is definitely a plus.

They did a great job cleaning my Oriental rug. They were professional, wore shoe covers, and put a cloth on my hardwood floors so the hoses wouldn't scratch anything. They were able to get out all of the footprint stains that were all over the rug from a party we had. I also had a smaller rug about 8 x 5' which I asked them to clean as well for an additional $25. My only complaint would be that they did not call me early enough the day before to let me know what time they were coming. By 3:30pm, I ended up calling them to find out what time they were coming the next day. They told me they would be here at 8:30 AM. By 8:40am, no one had come yet, so I called the office. I was then told they would come between 830 to 9 AM. Other than the timing, they did an overall fantastic job.

It went well, smoothly, and they were very clean and systematic. There was some spot that the steam cleaning brought up an old odor and they even came back to redo the spot.

good results except on tough stain

The job was done well. The young men said they couldn't move any furniture, so they waited until I moved some things out of the way then started the job. The carpets looked new and smelled fresh when they were done.

They came in and did what they were supposed to do at the agreed upon price and did a good job overall.
