Jersey Steamer

We adopted my 96 year old aunt's 13 year old cocker spaniel. We were hosting Christmas and there would be at least 6 children under age 6, 4 from 8 months to 3 years. We were hoping to get the rug cleaned but wanted it as close to Christmas day as possible, so we could keep the dog off the carpet. I explained this to the young lady who answered my call. She was extremely helpful and booked an appointment for 12/23. The tech showed a little early, which was fine. He did a very good job cleaning our family room. We also had the stairs and upstairs hallway cleaned, since it was basically included in the deal. The tech did a very good job. He did move a couch and a coffee table to lean under both. He was a pleasant, friendly young man. Note: I had first called another cleaning company. I explained the same situation to the owner. He said he would check with a tech to see if he would be interested in working on 12/23, and would get back to me within 20 minutes. I never heard from him again. He did have my phone number. As said, the tech did a very good job. We were very pleased with the look of the carpet, and the complete job, from dealing with the staff through completion. We would use them again

They arrived on time, wore booties to cover shoes, and did the work promised. The unworn sides of the srairs could look cleaner, but the overall job was very good

I was very happy with the service. Technician was very professional, answered all my questions, and it took far less time then I thought it would. Definitely will be calling them again!

Carpet cleaning was good but few stains didn't go away.

Excellent. Everyone from the office to the guys that came to house. Just like family. Easy to make appointment and they came on time and excellent job.

When the young man was finished, both were spotless. You would never know that I had bought them twelve years ago, they looked brand new. I will definitely have him come out this summer to clean my furniture again. They also do carpets so I will have them clean my carpeting as well.

They were GREAT!!! Quick response to my request and worked around my schedule. The guys were very nice and were sure to give me everything I paid for. Inspected all rooms to see what they could and couldn't do. I was mainly concerned with the kitchen floor but they said that since I paid for a certain amount of area I might as well do the bathroom and bar room....fantastic!! Feels good to finally have a company not short change you and to actually give you what you pay for. Would definitely hire them again...thank you guys!

It went very well - the grout had years of buildup and after they were completed there were only a couple areas we hand scrubbed again

Called in the morning to schedule an appointment due to a incident involving a 2 year old and his impression of The Exorcist on the carpet. The said they could have someone out in the early afternoon. About an hour later the tech called and said they'd be here in 20 minutes. When they arrived the crew of two surveyed the damage and went right to work. They spot treated first and then steam cleaned two carpets in about 45 minutes. Techs wore booties over their shoes so as not to soil the newly cleaned areas. In addition to the puke issue, the service also removed the spilt milk, melted chocolate, ice pop drippings, yogurt, Lucky Charms, orange juice, ketchup and whatever else my wife thinks is a good idea for kids to have in the family room. Stains and odor gone! Both men were very polite and professional. In addition to Angie's List, this company was highly recommended on a community FB group. I will definitely use again in the future.

The team arrived; performed the jobs, and were courteous and professional. They also gave me advice on maintaining and repairing grout.

Great work. John and Anthony showed up on time at my front door and already had boots over their shoes to get started. Quickly walked them thru my rooms and they helped moved a few items to get the maximum floor space to clean. Both men worked quickly, neatly, and left carpets in great condition Based on this experience, we plan to take advantage of them a little more frequently than the time since our last full cleaning

Workers were extremely professional. They arrived on time. There work was efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

As anticipated, the sofa was cleaned, area wiped down when piece dried it looked new.

They were very professional and polite. We are very careful about who we allow in our home, but we were very comfortable with these gentlemen. They carefully prepared the carpeting, focusing on the areas with heavy traffic and then an overall deep cleaning. Also, there were no fumes. They worked quickly and when the carpets dried in about 4 hours they looked great. We were very impressed. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to others.

They arrived at my house on time, calling in advance to let me know they would be early. They quickly evaluated the rugs and gave me an estimate. They handled removal and delivery of the cleaned rugs quickly and efficiently.

The carpets were badly stained. I really did not think they were going to be able to get all the stains out but I was pleasantly surprised at the results. The crew was prompt, courteous and got right to work upon arrival. I will definitely call them for any future carpet cleaning needs.

The cleaning was don within 3 days of contact. The service techs showed up on time and called as they were on their way. They were very professional, friendly and polite. They explained the process and went right to work. They were fast and when they left, other than damp carpets, you would never know they were here. Very neat and clean. The price was exceptional considering the work involved and I will definitely use them again. Their website also had some great discounts.The carpets looks like new.

Great job. Was able to schedule for a few days after purchasing the Angie List deal. Received a call two days before my requested appointment and arrival time window. Both guys arrived ontime, explained the process , and moved furniture around where needed. Floors came out great

They were prompt and courteous. However I didn't think the results of the job were that wonderful.
