Description of Work: I was very satisfied with this service. They actually got the stains out of the carpet that I never thought would come out. Prior to the service my questions and concerns were addressed. I was given a time for their arrival. They came thirty minutes after the time given (not too bad) but were considerate and professional to call me and tell me they were five minutes away. Very professional and pleasant guys. I would definitely refer Jersey Steamer to my friends and family.

Description of Work: Jersey Steamer sent two employees to my house to pick up three area rugs. They were able to move furniture in order to remove the rugs. They were quick and professional. The rugs were retuned about a week later. Again the rugs were returned to their orininal rooms
