Description of Work: I purchased a very soiled vintage chaise lounge at an estate sale. It looked like a dog had slept on it! They treated and steam cleaned it for me. After it dried, I could still see some areas that I thought needed more attention. They promptly came back again and worked on those areas for no charge.

Description of Work: They we asked to clean the tiles and grout in three bathrooms - one 35 yrs + old, one 7 yrs old, and one 5 yrs old. The cleaning worked well on the newer floors but was barely noticeable on the old floor. The guys were pleasant, professional and neat.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed tile in two areas. Cleaned tiles looked great, but cleaning did not improve some grout stains and caused some minor damage to other grout and to tile edges in places. Representative was professional and cost was very reasonable.

Description of Work: They cleaned a 10X10 rug at a special deal price and at a much lower price cleaned a second smaller rug. Took both rugs, called a few days later and delivered them and set them up.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Part of the glued backing of the carpet came loose but it may have been caused by my grandchildren putting their feet under the edge of the carpet. The worker at Jersey Steamer explained that the repair must be done by a professional, which I can't find in this area. An overall very good result except I now have a repair that may be expensive.
