I pre-purchased the services thru one of Angie's deals. I was a little apprehensive that it wouldn't be a smooth process given the disocunted price but I was pleasantly suprised. No issue booking the appointment, they called the day before to confirm as promissed, the day of service they called to see if they could arrive a little earlier, (which was very nice) and they did a very good job. The cleaners were very professional. There was a little water on the hardwood floors at the ends of some of the carpets, it would have been nice if they wiped that up. Also, they didn't seem to extract as much water from the carpets as another company I have used. These are not major issues and I still think they did a very good job and I would recommend them. They really deserve a B+ or A- on the quality but that is not an option unfortunately. For $99, including stain protection, you can't beat the price and quality.

A waste of time and money. We had wall to wall carpets in three bedroom that were heavily soiled. I thought hiring a professional with powerful equipment would get them clean. Not! They sprayed our carpet with some sort of pre treatment that made our carpets as stiff as cardboard when they dried. Admittedly our carpets were very dirty but they went through the rooms very quickly and the heavy traffic areas looked as dirty as they did before the cleaning. I ended up renting a carpet cleaner from the local A&P and did the rooms again myself. The amount of dirt that came out of the carpets already cleaned by Jersey Steamer was astonishing. I did the carpets slowly and got the dirt out. They now look the way I expected them to look after Jersey Steamer finished. I know they didn't charge a lot and you get what you pay for but I would have rather been told that the carpets would take a lot longer to get clean and that they would have to charge me extra. I would have paid more to get the job done correctly? I didn't bother to call them back because we were on a very tight schedule with work being done in our home and had already scheduled to have one of the carpets stretched and I needed the carpets cleaned right away. I guess Jersey Steamer is OK if your carpets are lightly soiled and you just want to get the dust out but don't use them if your carpets are dirty and you want them clean. Also they were about to drag their hoses against our door moldings that had just been painted. It wasn't until I mentioned that that they went to their truck to get molding protectors. Had I said nothing they would have been dragging their corrugated hoses against the moldings.

I needed the carpet in a large apartment cleaned. Jim was quick to respond & schedule my appointment. He arrived on time and got right to work. He left the carpet looking like new and was able to remove most stains. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he worked. I will be using him again.

They were very good and we were satisfied. We recommend them to our friends and neighbors and their pricing was reasonable. It was a smaller place with not a lot of employees. The guy who came out was very personable and looked very efficient. He knew what he was doing and was very user-friendly. He was the type of person I would want to invite into my house.

The lady who took my order over the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. She scheduled the cleaning as requested and promised that service team would call me an hour in advance - which they did. The job was done quickly and professionally.

They went through the whole process and explained everything they were going to do and what was required of us. They moved all the furniture, all we had to do was move whatever was on the table tops. They've been here for about four hours today. First they came in and they have what looks like a buffer, they put cleaner on the floor and they buffed the whole floor to get any dirt or any wax residue that might be on the floor but they were very careful that they don't go down to the bare wood. After they clean all the wood around the floor, they come back in with a microfiber and put down all the polish and they wait for it to dry. They started to finish up the floor and they didn't like the way it looked and they just started all over again to make sure that came out alright.

This was the second time we had Jersey Steamer to our house to help keep the furniture clean from our two small kids and our dog. They did a great job both times and we will definitely have them out again!

Very punctual and professional. Picked up about 7 rugs, gave us the time and date for both pick up and delivery. All on time.

Had sofas steam cleaned and linoleum floors stripped and waxed. 2 guys came and were efficient and very professional. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Very good service. 1st rug had a strong vinegar smell from something my winter house sitter had used. It was returned the next day clean and sweet smelling. :) 2nd smaller area rug just needed cleaning and freshening up. It was also returned the next day nice and clean. 3rd rug had been cleaned the a year ago by chem dry and stored in their warehouse until my house sitter called for it to be delivered. When I returned this spring, it didn't appear to me to have been cleaned at all! There was a large and stinky cat urine stain in the middle of the rug from the sitter the year before! I took it to the porch and removed the smell and most of the stain with Zerodor. Jersey Steamer picked it up and cleaned it and at my direction returned it rolled and wrapped until next winter. They told me that they were unable to remove all of the stain but it much better and not really noticeable now.

This is the second time that I called Jersey Steamer; my ivory velvet upholstered sofa needed careful cleaning. John did a great job, the sofa looks brand new! He also cleaned some very elaborate window treatments that I thought impossible to recover. As always, the service was very quick, professional and the results excellent. I will most certainly use their services again and again.

John came out quickly and gave me an estimate. He was able to schedule the work quickly to suit my travel plans. The floors had been left in terrible shape by careless tenants and needed much more work than anticipated to get the layers of wax and dirt off of them. John stayed 5 hours (instead of the usual 45 minutes) to get the job done properly for the same quoted price. I was very impressed by the high professional standards and would hire this company again and again! It is a breath of fresh air to deal with service providers such as this one. Highly recommended without any reserve!
