Service was not for travertine tile, so refund was requested.

After removing furniture in a home I was selling, I found that the carpets were badly soiled and didn't look good to potential buyers. Jersey Steamer showed up within the scheduled time window, did a thorough job, and made the old carpets look so much better. A rust stain that I had tried to remove myself came right out. It took about 30-40 minutes to clean three bedrooms plus closets. My Realtor is very happy, too. I would definitely use them again.

Great job. There were no hidden costs like the last company. They charged for rolling it up, taking it out, delivering it , unrolling and putting it down, again. The cost was more than double what I contracted for.

They came when they said they would, moved furniture, took the rug, moved furniture back and returned the rug after it had been cleaned within a few days.

Service provider was much professional. Two cleaners carefully removed furniture from atop of rug. The many stains which I had tried unsuccessfully to spot clean were all successfully removed. Despite humidity, rug dried within 24 hours. I would definitely use Jersey Steamer again.

Great. Gentlemen took out large rug for cleaning. Upon return carefully stored it in garage, then cleaned three area rugs. Neat, clean, attentive supplying instructions for drying time.

I have used them quite a few times. They do a real good job with the same people. I am real happy with them. They do carpet cleaning. Sometimes they don't have to do the whole house. It is a big house and it depends on what is going on. They never disappoint. They are reliable, professional and very fairly priced. I have been using them since 2013.

I was very happy with the finished appearance of the furniture after cleaning. My only complaint was that it took much longer than anticipated for the furniture to dry, almost 24 hours.

The manager came to give a quote and promised to clean the tile grout. But they didn't clean the tile grout! The carpet cleaning is good.

Very satisfied, hired them back and I will until I will have carpet in the rooms!

They carpet cleaned two sets of stairs, living room, dining, room, family room, den, the foyer. They're really good. They ask if you want them to move furniture and they're willing to move furniture. They're okay move anything valuable. They will move a sofa or chair, they're good with that. They offer a discount if you're a repeat customer so that's kind of nice. They're professional, clean, neat and they will pick up anything they may spill. They're fairly priced, and they just do an excellent job. They're very good at spot removing. They're very good at removing pet stains.

We only had the family room, stairs and upstairs hall steam cleaned on 12/23/16 by this same company. We had an old dog that had to be put down in March, and, on short notice, was asked to host Easter, which we gladly did. Since there were many very small children who would be crawling on the floor, we wanted to have just the family room carpet cleaned again. Note, that the carpet was clean, no dirty spots or stains. It was more for our peace of mind regarding the children. I don't know the name of the woman I spoke with, but as soon as I mentioned the old dog (even though I explained that the carpet was cleaned about 9 weeks earlier) she immediately blurted "we get $100 for dog stains. I explained twice that there were no stains, but she didn't want to hear it. The price was $100. Hoping we would at least get the same guy who came out on 12/23, and not wanting to try someone else at this time, we scheduled the cleaning even though the price was very high. The same guy did come out, and did a good job, as last time. I do not really have an issue with Jersey Steamer, or the one guy who cleaned our carpets both times. My issue is with the woman answering the phone, and setting prices. And, since we just used their company less than 3 months earlier, I think a little consideration was due. I was not looking for the" deal of the century" but felt a fair price for the one room only wold have been $75-$80 range. Perhaps, even if the woman tried explaining that the cost to travel, etc and clean one room is prohibitive, and therefore had to be $100, I could have accepted that issue. But all she would say is dog stains $100. ***Whether or not I would hire them again would greatly depend on the timing and circumstances.

We were about to move into a rental that had old, shabby carpeting. Even if it wouldn't look much cleaner, I couldn't move in until I knew it was cleaned/sanitized, and deodorized. Contacted Jersey Steamer, and was on their schedule within a day. After Jersey Steamer cleaned the carpets, the results were better than I ever would have imagined. The two young men arrived on time, were very courteous, professional, and friendly. Thanks guys for a job well done! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

They worked out fine. It took 2 hours for the services to be complete. They did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned the tile, and they did it in a good manner.
