Jersey Steamer

2 gentleman, Matt and Brandon, came to do the work. They were very friendly and courteous. They hooked to our outdoor spigot, but the cleaning equipment was powered by their van. They worked quickly (but thoroughly) and it took them about 1 hr. 10 minutes end to end to clean about 275 sq. ft. The results were exactly what we expected. Very clean grout all around, nothing stuck in corners or anything. I was very pleased.

Excellent service - Would highly recommend to others

We just moved into our house a month ago. The previous owners had two large shedding dogs. I love dogs, but the hair was left behind EVERYWHERE. I had vacuumed and shampooed the carpets multiple times on my own, even using pet odor carpet cleaner, but the carpets still smelled like damp/dirty dogs. This Angie's List deal was my last effort before I decided to just replace the carpets due to the odor. The team arrived on time and the process lasted just over an hour. The deal was 4 rooms for $99, and we asked them to add the basement and basement stairs ($50 extra). The carpets are much cleaner and the smell of dog from a previous owner is gone! I would definitely use this service again if needed, and I no longer need to replace the carpet.

Fabulous. The grout was significantly stained from 10 years of use - the contractor hadn't sealed the grout after installing it.. The staff was on time, professional, friendly and the grout looks brand new. LOVE them!

Exceptionally personable and professional. Carpets look great. Covered hardwood floor before bringing in hoses. Punctual. Moved furniture where possible. Offered to come back if any spots showed up after cleaning, but that isn't necessary.

They were great. Called before arriving as promised, even showed up a couple hours early and if I wasn't ready they would return later. I'm glad I was ready. Employees were very professional and thorough.

They were prompt and answered all our questions - pre-treated the rooms and were agreeable to adding on extras at the last minute. They did a good job. Left a followup phone call a few days later to remind us to call them if we had any problems or questions.

The provider contacted me and accepted on of the dates I had indicated I was available. They showed up on time and proceeded to clean the tile which had not been cleaned in >5 years (the difference was amazing). They worked very hard and were careful in protecting other areas. There were some minor spots that were missed but I would say they got over >95%. Overall, well done at a very reasonable price.

Overall, it was fine. He was here for about and hour and a half. The work he did was good. He was very professional, respectful, and thorough.

This was the best deal I have ever come across. They were on time, in fact they arrived a little early. John and Sam were very professional and the carpet was the best cleaning we have ever experienced. There were a few stains and they were all cleaned. I would heartily recommend Jersey Steamer.

They were 2 workers and showed up on time. They applied some dirt lifting spray first on all the areas except the expensive rug. The overall steam cleaning was good. They pointed out the higher wear and tear areas and did some extra cleaning in those areas. The workers were professional. Only small issue was that the deal came with the stain protection or deodorizer which they forgot to do. If I had printed the actual voucher I would have seen that and asked them about that. But they told me it was not necessary to give them the voucher since they had the electronic work order when I scheduled the date through angies' list. The work order should have clearly stated that the deal included one of these options.

Very pleased--we found them on Angie's List--they contacted us within two days, scheduled an appointment, came to our home--discussed what they would do with my wife, and spoke with her throughout the job, noting for her anything unusual that they encountered. My wife said they were very pleasant and professional--not a critique of them but it did take longer than 72 hours for the carpet to dry; so be prepared!

My experience was great. I was happy with the service. They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time for the appointment. They confirmed the day before and they were professional in the appointment.

I called for an appointment and was scheduled for the following day. The men came and carefully moved my kitchen table and chairs, removed the rug, then replaced them perfectly on the pad. Just a couple of days later, I received a call stating that my rug was done. They came the following day. My rug was beautifully cleaned ... I had almost forgotten how beautiful it was! Jersey Steamer did a wonderful job, and even returned my table and chairs to the perfect centered position on the rug! I made an appointment on the spot for them to come back for my other rugs! I highly recommend them!

pretty quick - but good job and especially good for price got stains out they sparyed something for pet urine, but odor persists, may be due to fact it is in underpad which needs to be changed, not so much a reflection of service or quality.

I accepted the deal that was offered and couldn't have been more pleased. The two men arrived on time, were very professional and eager to please. I told John that I thought that a had a little more floor space than what the deal offered. He was so honest and told me that was not the case and I paid exactly what the offer was. I would definitely use them again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was given a 2 hour window as to when they would arrive and I received a phone call when there were 10 minutes away. They were very professional and thoroughly explained every step of the process. Once they were finished, they explained how to help speed up the drying process. Before they left, they asked me to call them if the carpet did not look good once it dried. A few days later, I received a call from Jersey Steamer checking how things turned out. Everything turned out great, the spots were gone and my carpet looks like new again! I would definitely use Jersey Steamer the next time my carpets need cleaned!

I contacted them to schedule an appointment and within two days of my contact I was scheduled for their arrival to do the job between 10 and 11AM. They arrived at 11AM and measured the square footage of tile and grout to be cleaned. I was given a reasonable estimate and they began their work. By about 12:30 the job was completed. They cleaned up and even gave me advise on how to clean the tile and grout and what to use to prevent the grout from getting so soiled in the future. I found them to be professional and quite competent. My family and myself are very pleased with the way the kitchen and foyer of our home looks after the cleaning. It looks like it did when installed 8 years ago. They also sealed the grout. I have done this job myself in the past. I was never able to get the tile and grout as clean as they did. I will hire them again and would recommend them highly.
