Jersey Steamer

The two men that arrived were very courteous and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. This was a last minute emergency and the office staff was able to schedule me as their last appointment. When they arrived, they quickly assessed what needed to be done and assured me that the carpet situation was not as serious as I thought it was. They proceeded to deep clean the carpet and also removing some older stains that I thought would never come out of that carpet. As they promised the carpet was surface dry by the next morning. They explained that the padding would probably be damp for a few days. It has now been almost two weeks and there is no residual staining or dampness. I am very please with Jersey Steamer and would definitely recommend them.

We had suggested the thursday morning as it was convenient to us and you have to put something down on the form, but fully expected them to ring up and rearrange it as it was short notice. So it was very pleasant surprise to find they could make it. I had left for work having moved 90% of the furniture, so my wife was left with the remainder. Whatever happened, furniture was moved and the carpets cleaned. We had to keep off it for the rest of the day till fully dry (obviously) but no one told the cats. All in all a very good job, the wife was very happy (hooray), they had very abused lately and this smartened the rooms up a lot. Now we have friends over, lol. We will definitely contact them again in the future.

. The Jersey Steamer team arrived a few minutes early. They came in after they put "booties" on their shoes. Mt husband ushered them in to me and I told them that I wanted. They got to work right away but not before asking me if they could bring the hose in through the garage. I said yes because there is no other way to get into my bathrooms. They carefully folded back the rugs so that the hose was placed on top of a drop cloth which was placed on the wood floor. It took them approximately 90 minutes to steam the bathroom tiles (floor and shower) in the master suite and the floor in the second bath, as well as seal their work. We had gone out for a few minutes and when we returned they were waiting for us. They told us to stay off the floors as long as possible and that the tiles would look even whiter as they dried. They left and the house was in great shape.

My carpets are so clean. This company did a terrific job. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing. My carpets were in pretty rough shape and the two guys really took their time cleaning the carpet. They were extremely professional and polite. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past - they by far did the best job. I will be using them in the future.

They were very careful of all the furniture and when they were moving their hoses throughout the house they made sure not to harm any of the floors or walls. We were contacted quickly after requesting the service with a cleaning date. The crew showed up on time, steamed our carpets, even getting some resistant stains out, and left the carpet only slightly damp. Can't beat the service, can't beat the price!

Did the agreed upon areas about the same price as others but spent much more time and a better job. When they brought our Persian rug back they touched up some areas where issued showed up.

I gave 3 dates for scheduling, 7/25, 7/27 and 7/29. I needed the work done before 8/1/14. I received a phone call 7/24 that they scheduled me for Friday, 12-2. They didn't leave a phone number or anything to confirm it. That evening, I found their number and called back leaving a voice mail that I had to cancel the appointment because the time frame was not agreeable. On Friday, 7/25, I called Jersey Steamer again because I received a message around noon that the technician was at my home. I asked the lady to re-schedule me and she said there was no scheduled appointment because it was not confirmed, which was true. I then re-phrased my request, please schedule me for 7/28 or 7/29 and she told me owner was going on vacation the week of 7/28. I am cancelling due to a scheduling conflict and poor communication with the schedule. While the owner acknowledged that I called, he told me in an email reply via Angie's List that I did not leave a message. Really??? This is not true, I have no reason to lie, otherwise, why call when I knew that time didn't work for me and it would have been terribly inconsiderate. So I am not happy with that either. Please refund my $99. I am happy to tell you that while I ended up paying more, I found an excellent carpet cleaner on Angie's List, who was great from start to finish and completed the job on Monday 7/28!

The company responded quickly to my call. They came when they said they would. The carpets look great!!

Wow!! Jersey Steamer did an absolutely fabulous job on the wall to wall carpeting in my condo! I have a cat and there were quite a few stains from fur balls as well as just regular grime. The carpet was over 7 years old and this was the first time that I had them cleaned - they now look brand new. The four-area $99 Big Deal was a great buy plus it comes with a 30-day warranty. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend Jersey Steamer to all of my friends. Thanks, John and Sam! :)
