After seeing the promo I contacted the company for a full quote and demonstration. I was positively impressed by their process and their technicians, however I did not complete the order at that time. After speaking with my wife, who was not home for the demo, I repeatedly attempted to contact the company to initiate the order, calling the number on the business card left with me by the crew as well as many, many calls to the company as well as speaking with a young woman who answered the phone. Despite all of these attempts to order the service not one of my attempted contacts was responded to. Ultimately I did not purchase the deal because it was clear they had no intention to provide the service, once they learned I was going to use the deal. What if I had purchased it? It is clear they still would not have provided the service. If the company responds in this manner I cannot imagine you're permitting them to again offer a deal though Angie's List.

They were on time, worked quickly and did a great job!

It was Excellent! I was very pleased. They were very professional, they were very prompt, and got the job done. They came and picked my rugs up, took them to their shop, and then bought them back within a few days. I have nothing but good to say about this company.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and the carpet came out fantastic! Almost like new. I was worried that the carpet was buckled when they finished, but they stated that once totally dry, the carpet would be flat again. Once it was totally dry, which took longer than expected, it was back to normal!

They were VERY fast to respond and make an appointment to pick up our carpets. Though the total area of my rugs were less than the amount specified in the details of the offer, I was still told I would have to pay more for all three to be cleaned... In the end, I paid $80 for each of the small rugs and $175 for the larger one, and got a $100 discount by purchasing through Angies list... Rugs were picked up on a wednesday and they told us that they'd have them ready to return to us by the end of the week or following Monday. When we hadn't heard back, I called after a week had gone by to find out the status... The first person I spoke to thought they had already been returned, but after checking, saw that they still had them and thought they had called... Given the tardiness, I asked for a quick return appointment, but they were overbooked and told me it would be a few days until I could get in the schedule. I pressed them a little bit and after they spoke off line to someone (manager?), they got me on the schedule for the next day. Unfortunately, when we got the rugs returned, the shag rug had an "off" smell to it... We asked for them to try again... They came very quickly (the following day) picked up, and returned the rug in a very quick timeframe. Unfortunately, the smell was still there... Maybe the water they're using isn't clean? We didn't have the patience to go through it again and are just dealing with it... lots of febreeze :( We won't be using this service again...

The two gentlemen did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets (which have not been cleaned in several years). All stains were removed and I could not have been more pleased with the job performance. The gentlemen were polite, answered all my questions, informed me of what the special for $99.00 included and of their other services offered. The company's customer service was also very polite and informative. I will certainly use this company again.

Jersey Steamer was punctual, courteous and professional. They paid attention to detail and were flexible in ensuring complete satisfaction for the job, even if there were some additions beyond the scope of the initial job agreement.

These people were great! Polite and helpful. They quickly got their equipment going, answered my questions and shared ideas. They go beyond just doing work. They really care. My carpets look so much better and more importantly, we feel better, too.

Very smoothly. On time. And the job was well done an very professional. The operator, was professional and clean appearance.

Thought the technician was very thorough and did not rush. Seemed to be really into cleaning rugs! They were a bit damper for a longer period of time then I thought it would be. Overall worth the money.

Steam cleaned the entire carpets in house. They did god job overall.

They did a terrific job. I even bought extra services for furniture cleaning and tile cleaning.

They did an excellent job. Called and confirmed their arrival window two days before. Then called the day of service to ask if they could arrive a little early. They did an outstanding job. Returned a heavily trafficked area to look almost new. The chairs and ottomans also look almost new. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Arrived on time and completed job in a timely manner. Carpets look great! Took a $99.00 deal off Angie's list and was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be using again.

I was expecting to see rugs look vibrant--like new carpeting however you couldn't tell that anything was actually done. These are 4 years old carpets and we do not wear shoes indoors. The carpets weren't stained or dirty--I wanted them to look freshened but I didn't get that look. And the only carpet that did have stains (2) (small carpet which was the front door carpet) those stains remained but I was able to easily get those stains out as carpet was still wet enough to work on it.

They were good. They came out quickly, and the carpets look great!

They were on time, cordial, considerate of furnishings etc from start to finish and they did an excellent job. Also, they called back to ask if I had any concerns. Very thorough job!

The carpet was immaculate and smelled amazing when done.

Come in time and did a great job. The 10 year old carpet looked anew after they cleaned it.

I have update this review because I didn?t write the first review. Customer service at Angie?s List wrote it but I was not written well. Albeit a year later here is my synopsis. The provider came out after I had booked the appointment and was told I would be very impressed with cleaning my Black Ceramic tile floor. I had forgotten that I had the appointment and was in the middle of a homemade deep conditioner treatment when they arrived. Since it was running down my face and neck I quickly showed them the floor and then returned to my upstairs bathroom to wash my hair. I wasn?t gone more than ten minutes upon my return to the theater I saw the big dark haired guy near the opposite end of the room and his helper was ?sealing? the grout, -which they never finished sealing. When I commented on the look of the floor, the White tile was still Black, I told them it was not clean. In turn he said they- the tiles were clean and that was the pattern of the tile- random Black splats on White blocks?. REALLY. We then went back and forth, the provider tried to tell me the tile was never white. He said the tile was made that way, I told him that the cleaning isn't any better than what my cleaning lady does. Clearly he was insulted by this. Then I showed him a piece of tile as proof of the difference. He said he thoroughly steamed the floor and I asked him if that was the case then why was it still dirty. We continued to go back and forth and even after I showed him photos of the floor where the tiles were White he refused to relent but now he tried to tell me the tile was defective. After this he stormed out, tracking his big wet foot prints on the floor and leaving my French door wide open. I don't trust this provider and don't appreciate the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism shown by this them. Concerning Jersey Steamers response - That is a typical response from they are trying to save face. Buyer beware the dark haired guy is a racist piece of excrement. If he had any Respect for me as a home owner- He would not have left his big dirty foot prints on the floor and left the french door wide open.

It went very well. The gentleman arrived on time and cleaned all the carpeting very well. This was a $99,00 special I got through Angie's list and I would definitely use their services again at regular prices. What a deal for $99.00!! They even sent a Thank you note after!!

Everything was quick, 45 minutes tops. They were professional and on time. The only complaint I have is that one of the rooms was very wet, and it took a day and a half to dry. Drying time is supposed to be around 4 hours. The carpets look good and I was happy overall.

Very professional and curteous. Arrived on time. If needed, will call again.
