They arrived on time and quickly took the rugs. when they returned they placed the rugs where told.

Jersey Steamer came out and cleaned the carpets in the upstairs of my home. They were really filthy and I was debating getting them replaced but decided to try getting them cleaned first. What a great decision! The cleaners were professional and courteous and they did an excellent job and the carpets (especially on the stairs) look fantastic! The $99 deal was great! For that price they did the stairs, upper hallway, 2 large bedrooms and the inside of both walk in closets. No additional charge or upselling! I highly recommend Jersey Steamer.

It was generally good. He was there and the work was performed. I wasn't as quite as happy as with the previous cleanings. I felt like there were some residue on both the rug and the upholstery. It wasn't rinsed out as well as the past cleanings have been. He was timely and he spent reasonable time. He's willing to put in more time. I added additional stuff but that was agreed upon between us.

I have had Jersey Steamer in for other emergency carpet cleaning work. THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT YOU. The team that they send in are always on-time, professional and courteous. Once again the carpet was almost dry in about 8 hours and 24 hours later not wet at all and smelling fresh. Thank you Jersey Steamer for a job we'll done.

Wow! I'm very impressed with the courtesy of the workers and the quality of job they did for the carpets. 3 bedrooms carpet was only 18 months old but was very flat due to heavy traffic. I didn't move the heavy furniture just ask them to clean whenever they can reach. I wasn't aware that carpets lost color and the texture that much. The last room was a reason we hire this company. It's the room we use when we come from backyard (carry tons of dirt with our shoes all the time) and from the garage. We also use it for the business purposes. Tons of coffee and tea stains and even a pomegranate stain. I just couldn't believed how our carpet turn like brand new! Not even a stain left. It's much better than to buy carpet cleaner myself and try to clean it. My husband is also very happy with the job. He agrees that we use this company in the future too.

They were not able to get the stains out of the carpet and we did not see much of a difference after the service.

Jersey Steamer was fantastic. Initially took an Angie's List deal for 1000 sq. ft. cleaning for $99. Set up appointment, arrived promptly, extremely courteous and attentive to their cleanliness. The two men who did the job were very pleasant and professional. I was so pleased with the job that I asked if they did carpet stretching, which they do. They gave me a quote for that job and I set up another appointment. Again, same two men and same great experience. I then asked for a quote to clean all carpets on my second floor and stairs. Received very reasonable price, including a discount for repeat business. Two new men arrived for this last job and everything just as great as the first two visits. Have already recommended Jersey Steamer to several friends and even told my cleaning people about them and suggested they recommend Jersey Steamer to their own customers. With service this good and prices this reasonable, I will continue to have my carpets cleaned by Jersey Steamer every year.

I prepped by removing all the clutter from the rooms so they could do a thorough job. I bought my home a year ago and I don't think carpeting was cleaned before move-in. There was a large concealed stain in the master bedroom. Angie's Deal made cleaning the carpet affordable for me. The pair of workers (they deserve to be named but I can't recall) were prompt, polite, and asked about my specific needs. They moved my triple dresser, which I did not expect. All stains are completely gone and the rugs are beautifully clean, especially the berber where my grandchildren play. I am extremely happy with this experience.

Everything went perfect. Was contacted immediately and everyone was so helpful and so easy to work with. Very punctual and did a tremendous job even where there were heavy traffic dirt and carpet stains from the kids. When the job was complete it looked like brand new carpeting. Will definitely be using these guys again in the near future for the rest of the house. I highly recommend Jersey Steamers to anyone looking for quality work at a great price.

We were pleased with the company's work. Brought our carpet back to new. My wife wanted to replace the carpet but I see a few more years of life remaining. Will definitely use again.

It went well. We have a puppy who has shed a lot on the new carpet in a year. I was hoping the cleaning would fully restore the carpet to its pre-puppy fluffiness. That didn't happen but it did remove all odors and stains.

My appointment was for 8:30 am about 9:00 am I received a phone call to let me know the service men were on their way?they got caught in traffic. When they got to my home, they donned booties and survey the projected work areas. The two young men were personable, polite, and worked efficiently. They did a great job cleaning my carpets and sofas. I would use them again.

They are very reasonable I think. There were no issues. I would tell my friends and neighbors about the job that they did, the quality of the work, the price, punctuality, and just there were no faults with anything. I would absolutely use them again in the future. In fact, I will.

In fact, they were so good I had them come back the second time to do the upstairs at regular price. They were very professional, efficient, and actually early. They did a great job.
