These guys are great, arrive on time, do an extremely professional job, are pleasant and helpful. and the end result is perfect.

They were very helpful over the phone. Unfortunately during the phone call we found out that they could not perform the service for my location because I am on the sixth floor. They were very nice and suggested another service provider that could do the work.

Arrived on time. 2 man crew-boith were very professional, neat, polite and accommodating. They did a great job.

Carpet were cleaned well. Stains came out. Same amount of residual dampness in carpet as with any other carpet cleaner I have used. Be aware that it takes several days to completely dry (even though all the providers tell you less time is needed).

The carpet cleaners arrived very promptly as scheduled and immediately began working. The entire process was quick, efficient, and exactly as promised. Unfortunately, they did leave most of our lights on upstairs which we didn't realize until late in the evening; we would have noticed the lights on sooner but they had advised us not to walk on the carpets for five or six hours. Other than this minor complaint, we found their service to be very good and reasonably priced.

The charged me $50.00 extra for the a runner. I didn't expect that because it was a quick 3 minute pass over the runner.

They did a great job and are reliable and conscientious. I have used them more than once.

Good value and service was good

The men who picked up the five carpets were in time, courteous, and explained the company's services nicely. The carpets were delivered back to me as scheduled....wrapped nicely for storage. Again, the men were very courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company again, and recommend them to anyone needing rugs/carpets professionally cleaned!

It was good. They did what they were supposed to do. It was done well and the carpet looked good. Two cleaners came out.

The quality of their work was great. The tile and grout were cleaned and look new. They were courteous and worked professionally. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly.

I purchased a rug cleaning special through Angie's List. Because I had a little left over in terms of what the deal covered, I decided to clean three rugs instead of two (I ended up paying approximately $50 over the cost of the special overall). All of these were wool rugs. One less than a year old, but they said it could be freshened up a bit. Upon returning the rugs, two were not clean and the third no longer lay flat. I called attention to this and they agreed to clean the two and offered to steam the third so it would lay flat. Upon returning the rugs, the two were cleaner, but the third looked worse. They claimed it was from being rolled in the van, and they took it back again. Now, the second time it came back, it was not at all any better. So, the manager / owner came and brought double sided tape, which he put across all edges. He acknowledged the problem (the rug had shrunk) and promised if it did not work, he would pay for the damages/loss. So, after two weeks with the tape on, there was no difference. So, I called to provide a report---from that point on he would not return calls. At this point, I have called at least 7 times. We have no response except for the administrative assistant who is always polite and relays the message. However, the owner outright backed down on his word. I purchased this deal in August and have waited this long to write a negative review. I am writing this to show that I have provided the service provider ample time to make due on his claims. I write this review to warn others of the terrible and unprofessional service received. I now have a rug, less than a year old, for which I paid several hundred dollars, and which is no longer presentable. Buyer beware! UPDATE: The owner reported there was a heavy rug on it (see his response below). There was no heavy table---only a coffee table. As for decorative rug---I am not sure what he means--it was a 5x8 wool rug. Not one dime was refunded for the service or for the rug. So again, very dishonest.

They were very prompt, came with a day of calling, very professional.

They wore dirty booties on carpet when asked to wear clean ones. They used the machine and damaged walls. They showed up two hours late.

Constant communication which was excellent. I knew exactly what was happening at all times. Quick, easy, cleaned up after themselves. Technicians very cordial. They called the day before to confirm and were prompt in both arrivals

Two men showed up, John and Matt. They called right before they got to my home to let me know they were on their way. The job was done beautifully. Because of the discounted price, I was told heavy furniture was not moved, but they moved most pieces anyway and removed some stains (rust and some other stains) left from the previous owners that I didn't think could be removed. I was very pleased with their work, their attitudes and their friendliness. I would definitely use them again!!!

They did a good job cleaning my carpets.

They only cleaned they did not seal the tile. I was not happy with this service. I felt like my money was not utilized well.

I had to reschedule to a different date than originally and that was not a problem. They showed promptly on time and probably finished everything within an hour. They were professional and efficient. My carpets looked great after. I would use them again.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. There were a couple of spots I wis they had addressed but possibly they attempted. I didn't notice until later on.

I was sufficiently dissatisfied. The technician told me that the grout would lighten up over time, and it has not. I do not think he cleaned it properly. They did clean up when they left though. Just barely satisfactory.
