Old school customer service provided. Stayed in commu ication, coordinated times and dates for drop off and pick up, and kept their word. These are folks to do business with. They have integrity, and their work is superb.

David the owner and Gary the installer the best! Gary drove an hour to pick up and then an hour back to deliver my drapes that were damaged by smoke. Quick turn around and they look actually better than new! Gary was so attentive to have them installed perfectly I would use again and recommend them!!!!

Owner was honest with me and refused to clean the blinds because they were too old and would fall apart in the cleaning. Told me they were not worth the cost of cleaning.

I spoke with Dave and he helped me through the process, Gary came out and was neat clean quick careful, several hours later he came and put them back up and was very friendly and nice.

Dave and Gary were GREAT! I dropped my silhouette blinds off to be cleaned and picked them up a few days later. They were better than new. Years ago I had my blinds cleaned by COIT. They were awful and destroyed them, so I was hesitant to clean them again. Dave and Gary professionally cleaned them at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

David and his helper were great. They came as promised and removed four cornices and three sets of drapes and other window treatments. They took them back to their workshop and cleaned them. I am having renovations dome so I wasn't ready to have them hung back up when everything was ready. David said just call him when I'm ready and they would be back. We settled on a date and they arrived on time. They work neatly, quickly and efficiently. David is so helpful and professional. He even did me a favor and hung some blinds I originally did not contract for. When the job was done, we did a walk through and he made sure I was pleased with everything. I asked to have one small thing re-steamed and he did it immediately. These guys are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
