Albert and team were great! They were incredibly professional from start to finish and expertly guided us through the process. I would highly recommend him for any and all flooring jobs.

Coming from a different state make the decision of WHO to hire a lot challenging, we didn’t know any contractors or anybody who could give an advice, We decided to look in different platforms until we could find a person we could trust, we had the first meeting and decided Albert was that person. We couldn’t have made a better decision , Albert and his crew made the whole process easy , especially because we couldn’t be present for it ,we were away but we communicate through e-mails and phone, chose the paint colors by catalog with Albert’s help for the walls and floor ( He has the taste of an interior designer) and gave us a lot of advice that we followed. He and his crew were really professional , neat , did everything on time , clean out after they finished the project and on top of that took on them to do a lot of details that made the difference without charging us more. I couldn’t be happier. If you ask me I think this is an outstanding company and for sure I will call them again.

Fantastic. He was super professional and customer service driven! His team was unbelievably clean, protected my belongings and sealed off my open second floor so not a speck of dust got through. They did an amazing job bringing my floors back to beauty! Would definately hire his company again.

From the start Albert was quick to respond to my phone call. He immediately came over, looked at the job and promptly emailed me the contract. Job was delayed some because of weather, but Albert was on top of keeping me ahead in the schedule and as soon as there was a break in the rain, he came over and sanded a spot and applied different stains for us to choose from. Once we did, he sent over the workmen to start sanding while he went out to pick up the stain. In addition, he replaced rotten boards when he came accross them.

It went beautifully! Albert and his crews work to please. They are professional, respectful, helpful, friendly, and easy to have around. The work met our expectations and then some. The floors came so good. We love them. We were unsure of colors and Albert’s crew gave us pretty large floor samples from which to choose. So helpful. With each room of newly-colored paint, we were called in to be sure we liked the color. The place was well-cleaned and furniture returned when they left! Albert was in and out every day, and took pride in doing some of the more intricate work himself. He returned calls and texts quickly and helped us with our tight timeline. We will surely use his services again, and we took a few of his professional recommendations for other work to be done. We have already recommended him to our real estate broker! Lenny did a great job. My floor looks fabulous. I am extremely happy with the results and his responsiveness. He answered his phone and came through on the agreed dates. I’d hire them again for other jobs they do.

I hired Albert and his team to install approx 850 sq feet of flooring throughout my house and to refinish staircase. Albert offered great customer services with helping me to decide on what exactly to have done and went out of his way to drive to different stores across NJ to get extra boxes of flooring. His team were all nice, respectful, professional and timely. I would definitely hire them again and/or recommend to my friends and family.

I don't normally write reviews. After thinking about it for a few days I decided for serveral reasons to leave Albert and his team a review. We had about 800 sq/ft of hardwood refinished by Albert's team (Frank, Robert, and Winston) over a period of three days. Before the work was done, it was apparent Albert's level of dedication, professionalism, and care that he gives towards every project. We chose him over several other companies, and were not disappointed. Did we run into an issue? Yes, we did. And it is how the situation was handled that speaks that much more for Albert and his team's overall professionalism and dedication to customer service that made me write this review. The color that we chose, when sampled on the floor, looked amazing. However, when we tried to scale the color up to do the whole floor, did not look like the sample. We had the entire floor sanded/coated and when we saw the color, we were not happy. Albert and team tried to fix without the need to resand, and when it was not possible, partnered with us as a client and developed a solution that was acceptable to both parties. This is why I recommend Albert's Flooring. It is when there are problems, and when things do not go the way planned, that true characteristics come out. And I can affirm this: Albert and his team do not shy away from a challenge, and because of this we worked through the challenge in a professional and friendly manner. The end result? Absolutely gorgeous floors. I highly recommend Albert and his team, and I want to personally thank Frank, Robert, and Winston for helping bring my wife's vision to a beautiful reality. Well done!

Albert and his team were a pleasure to work with. They refinished our existing floor, and installed new wood to match. They were neat, knowledgeable, punctual and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The daily work was explained and the job was finished exactly on time. I relied on reviews to make the call, the only regret I have is not calling Albert sooner.

I would highly recommend Albert's Flooring! Albert is very detail oriented and knowledgeable. He came out to our house twice to address our questions and concerns prior to the job. On the day of install, he arrived on time and carefully moved some heavy furniture. He truly wants to make the customer happy. Our new wood floor looks beautiful!

My wood floors were in desperate need of refinishing. Albert was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions and returned calls promptly. Frank and Winston worked on my floors. We had gotten a couple of quotes for the work, and Albert's quote was right in line with the others. Albert himself came to do the estimate and in conversation with him it was very apparent he was very experienced and gave us a great sense of confidence in his ability to do the job and take care of all the issues. He showed up for our appointment on time, got us the estimate quickly and began the job when he said he would. He and a helper worked very quickly, but did a very thorough and professional job. The damaged boards were replaced and nail holes and gaps filled, and the entire floor was sanded and cleaned before they began the finishing process. They put down three coats of semi-gloss water based polyurethane and sanded and cleaned the floor between each coat. They also cut and installed 1/4 round molding around the perimeter of the rooms that had carpeting before and finished that as well. We can't tell you how pleased we are with the results and the whole experience in dealing with Albert. We would recommend him very highly and in fact, already have!
