Aggressive Mechanical identified a coolant leak in the HVAC system and very quickly provided a problem with the coil. Got a quick estimate of cost and timing. They were better than other estimates and their timing was the same. They actually came in less than a week vs. the two week estimate, replaced the coil (with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty-no extra charge). We have been using them for many years and they never fail to satisfy.

It went very well. Punctual, courteous, professional and they are knowledgeable. We almost went with Bridge in Bradley beach and I’m glad we didn’t. There was a crucial flaw in Bridge’s method and without us saying anything, Aggressive ruled it out because of future problems it would have caused. We like contractors who are not “short term thinkers.”

I've been using them for the past two years. I got them from a recommendation from my neighbor. They're quick. They usually come within a few days. They seemed to be honest. It was okay. The work was good.

Very happy with Aggressive. They handle the service on our heater and AC and did not know they did general plumbing. Easy to contact and were very reliable. Did the work and left absolutely no mess. After the run around I got from other plumbers and the straight up, hassle free service I was willing to pay a few extra bucks for quality work. I will only use Aggressive going forward.

After interviewing eight (8) mechanical contractors - we selected Aggressive based on price, attitude, knowledge and scope of service. They handled all aspects including applying for the permits, removing the old HVAC system and installing a totally new Lennox high efficiency system plus some old, rusty ductwork. With 4 to 6 men on site for 2 days, the job went fast, clean and very well done! I'm an Engineer and Fabricator so I'm extremely knowledgeable and fussy and they met my marks. No issues with ANY of the work. We recently call Aggressive back to install a new swimming pool heater. Work was done in less than 2 days with NO problems or concerns and they even helped fire it up. Very good, knowledgeable workers. We will definitely ask them back for other mechanical, plumbing or HVAC work.

They tell you that you get a 20% discount on price but that is only after they double the price. I needed a gas valve that I paid over $400.00 for that I could have bought for less than $200.00 Never again.

My dad thought he smelled gas while he was cleaning debris after the big storm. He called Aggressive and they told us to call the gas co. right away. Gas company came out with-in 20 minutes and we sure did have a gas leak. So they shut it off until the next day. Aggressive was there first thing to replace the lines so we would have heat. Awesome people.

I called Aggressive and described the problem and the model of the waterheater. He confirmed that it was likely the thermocoupler, as I had suspected based on internet and Youtube research. The gentleman with whom I spoke was also aware of the delicate relationship between tenant, landlord and service provider. He was fully aware that he was working for me and I asked him to limit conversations with the tenant, as she would likely want to get him to say the whole water heater needed replacing. (It's only 4 years old.) He understood perfectly, arrived early the very next morning, fixed the problem and came in within our agreed upon budget.

Very late one evening, I emailed Aggressive Mechanical to inquire about a quote and I had a phone response before 8:30 the next morning from John Hein, their salesman. He was very polite and asked when was the best time to see him. We agreed upon 9:30 (that same day) and he was at my door by 9:20. John physically inspected the old furnace, patiently assessed our concerns, explained every thing as he wrote and made some excellent suggestions. Within an hour or so, he drew up an estimate and we had an agreement signed. I was very satisifed with the price quoted; then John advised me of all rebates available through NJNG. Bonus! A few days later, Frank, the foreman called to ask if he could come over to draw up job specs for the installation team. He was prompt, polite and professional enough to listen to my distracting chatter while he completed his job. The next day I was contacted to ask which day they could come to install - they gave me four options. I was informed that they would be at my house on the agreed upon date between 8:00 and 8:30 and they were at the front door by 8:20 ready to work. No disheveled, grumbling characters with coffee cups and breakfast bags, just clean, neat and courteous men ready, willing and able to do the job. I didn't know this level of professionalism still existed. These men were friendly but efficient, polite and skilled as they completed their work. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and a double pleasure to see the work completed as promised down to the very last detail. They thought of everything. I can't say enough about this experience. Everything was left cleaner and better than they found it. The work was completed in one day - everything!. Within two days, I received, via US Mail, all paperwork necessary to complete my rebates (including a copy of the invoice that must be included) and to apply for my extended warranty. I also received a lovely Thank You letter from the company President. This is efficient customer service that should be held up as an example for other companies. To say we are thrilled is a gross understatement. And, we now have a company that will take care of our plumbing needs, as well. What a find! We are grateful to John Hein, Frank, John, Mark and Hector for the fine job they did. Aggressive Mechanical should be proud of them.

Our boiler had to be replaced and it was the end of October and starting to get cold. we have a small child and getting the system back up and running quickly was very important. Jim Bruno from Aggressive came to the house and inspected the site, did all of his analysis and came back with an estimate within 24 hours. To put it into perspective, another company called back two days after its visit to ask if the representative could come back to do some additional measurements. The estimate was on the high side of expectations, but we felt comfortable that the job would be done correctly and timely. This is because Jim explained that we needed a smaller boiler than the previous one we had, which would not only cost less to install but would burn much less fuel. He also identified problems with the ventilation of the old boiler and had a plan to address it as well as solve a problem we had been living with for years with a faulty design for the hot water baseboard heating loop for our family room addition. In other words, he not only provided an estimate for the specific job he also identified other issues and came up with solutions that were easy and cost effective to implement. They started work within a week and finished about a week later. My wife couldn't have been more complimentary of the mechanics who did the work. They placed protective cardboard and mats wherever they were walking and working. They even removed delicate china that was hanging on the living room walls above the basement boiler room to prevent any vibrations from their work knocking them off the wall. They cleaned up every day before leaving. They were courteous and helpful. They brought in packages and dry cleaning left at the front door. They even cleaned the first floor bathroom when the job was complete! As for the work itself, having grown up in a contracting family I can tell quality work when I see it. All of the fittings and piping were squared, each valve was labeled, and all connections were clean. They fired it up and did a walk through with us to explain everything and then scheduled the inspection with the town. I would say that, although they weren't the least expensive, they were the best value. The best contracting experience we have had in a very long time. Jim Bruno who sold the job was on site almost every day. Very highly recommended for air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical or any other mechanical contracting need in Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey.
