I'm still trying to get a hold of Sal (if that's his name) to get my money back. The first few times I called him for the initial service call, he would always call back from an unknown ID #. The invoice has 4 different telephone #s but the same guy answers them all when it's convenient. There is no address listed on the invoice. I tried to google the company address only to find numerous locations that do not exist. I've left vms and emails but haven't gotten a reply. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
Description of Work: I called AA All Tech Appliance Repair (supposedly out of the Howell office) to check my refrigerator since it stopped cooling. I was able to get a very rude, nasty tech right away. It took Warren (the tech) less than 5 minutes to tell me that I needed a new fridge. I hired GE for a second opinion, turns out all my fridge needed was a fan. This guy showed up as soon as I called and took my money 5 minutes later. I contacted the nameless guy who answers the phone to get my money back, he said he wanted to see the receipt and hung up. I called him back from a different phone # since I was being avoided, to get an address, only to get a bogus address (my mail was returned back to me/invalid PO BOX).
