The owner, Robert, although a nice enough person, delivered a horribly unprofessional experience. He rarely showed up when he said he would and left our basement electricity unsafe, its plumbing and mechanical systems incomplete, and damage to our home. We made the rookie mistake of proving too much money upfront, and when confronting him on multiple occasions regarding rectifying his less-than-sufficient work, he decided to do what he does best: not respond and disappear with nearly 90% of our money and 30% of the job complete. How many customers have the same complaints and experiences. Beware; do not provide him with business and end up like us. Professionals confirmed that he did the job backwards and should not be allowed to provide contracting services.

They were very easy to deal with and the guy that did the work was very nice. The owner of the company is very interactive!

Very responsive, everything was finished within the time frame he quoted. And it was very fairly priced.

Quality was great but time of project was too long.

He is a liar, and does poor quality work. Work still never completed. The work that was completed was horrible. I had to hire another contracting company to come in and fix the job I paid over $8000 for.

Hired Robert for complete kitchen renovation. Was told 3 weeks, I am on month 5 and have been ghosted. Faucet not hooked up, electrical not hooked up (not to mention wiring not done to code per electrician) I have a nonfunctioning kitchen and he is no longer responding to my phone calls or texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! He ran away with our money and a million big projects to still be completed.

Robert is totally professional, responsive to your needs, and is amenable to any changes you may like. I am very pleased with his work. A nice guy.

QandR was a great company to work with. We had initially hired them to do a remodel of our deck, but during the process, it was discovered that important structural parts of the deck had been compromised. He took the time to show me, explain why a remodel was not really viable, and I did agree with that assessment. We then pivoted to instead replacing the deck entirely. They did an amazing job, Robert and his crew worked very efficiently, and the clean-up was very very thorough. I can definitely recommend them.

Timely service and reasonable rates. His crew did a good job with my deck and everything was cleaned up. I was very satisfied. My only ding is that I had to text Robert 3 times requesting an invoice marked paid, needed for tax purposes. He was very polite and I understand that he was busy, I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.
