Robert provided a good service for fair price. He showed up as planned and came back to do a punch list promptly. Would recommend him!

The quality of work was at least acceptable but I was disappointed by last minute scheduling changes that they sprung on me.

Working with Robert is great because he has such a deep knowledge of home improvement and maintenance. It was great being able to consult with that kind of expert when we were considering materials and methods for the work. My only wish is that I had met them sooner!

BEWARE! Do not make the same mistake as me and do not hire this man. Hired him to do a small minor job outdoors. The project should have taken 3 weeks like he said but instead were 4 months in and no end in sight. He starts by promising the world and gives a contract that has 3 payments scheduled. Deposit initially, 2nd payment when he supposedly needs to buy materials, and last payment upon completion. After you pay him a certain amount he just does not show up anymore. He does not answer your calls or texts. The off chance he answers you, he will give you every excuse under the sun and promises it will be completed as soon as possible but that is a lie. He damaged my neighbors garage and fence and get this HE IS NOT INSURED FOR the WORK HE IS DOING. Stay away from this crook.

Professional, knowledgeable, timely, and competitively priced. This is my 3rd time using Angi and the contractors become increasingly better. Q and R was prompt with their reply to my posting. Their work is excellent, the drywall is smooth as glass. They also repaired pantry shelving. They noticed the screws used originally were not long enough for pantry use, Q & R immediately corrected that shortcoming. They have an eye for details. The crew was personable and made us feel totally comfortable. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The owner, Robert, although a nice enough person, delivered a horribly unprofessional experience. He rarely showed up when he said he would and left our basement electricity unsafe, its plumbing and mechanical systems incomplete, and damage to our home. We made the rookie mistake of proving too much money upfront, and when confronting him on multiple occasions regarding rectifying his less-than-sufficient work, he decided to do what he does best: not respond and disappear with nearly 90% of our money and 30% of the job complete. How many customers have the same complaints and experiences. Beware; do not provide him with business and end up like us. Professionals confirmed that he did the job backwards and should not be allowed to provide contracting services.
