In 9 weeks showed up 3 times to do actual work. Always complained about the rain. Hired some other workers who got the job done in a week and a half. The secret, get a tarp. This company does handyman jobs not building. Talks a good story.

NIGHTMARE! I do not know where all these great reviews are coming from. I guess I should have trusted Yelp more than the Home Advisor reviews. We are 9 months and thousands of dollars into a deck project that Q & R has had EVERY excuse as to why he can not finish this job. We trusted Robert with our home and money, wanting to hire a local business and what a frustrating experience. We hear from him when he wants his next deposit, he sends workers for a day and then there are weeks of no contact. He stops responding to calls and text messages. We are now talking with lawyers that specialize in construction lawsuits and have to figure out what to do next legally. We have never had an experience like this before. Our entire neighborhood is shocked watching our experience with building this deck that still sits unfinished. PLEASE proceed with caution with this contractor! We do not want anyone else to go through this. I am sick over this experience.

Terrible communication. Took over 4 months for the job to be done, and they failed inspection twice and had to re-do the work. Owner was on-site only one day of the work. Each time I called he had excuses as to why he was not there or his workers were not there. The guys who did the job were fine, but I was not happy with the process.

The work was done completely and on time and the work is high quality

Robert responded quickly to my HomeAdvisor request he came to my house the same day to give me a price and from that point his service and communication has been great. I would definitely recommend.

He is very responsive, fit me in quickly and notified me of scheduling conflict. His guys were personable and responsive as well. Their work was done correctly and efficiently. I would use them again.

DO NOT HIRE Robert K. owner of QR was hired to remove and rebuild my deck. Robert was prompt and accommodating in the beginning but soon after demolition he began to not show up unless he was getting paid and than only did bare minimum. He would promise to show up to work but would not and would not return calls. He started the job over 9 months ago and he still has several projects not finished. He over bought material for the job charged me than took it back and did not credit me. Robert then asked for more money to buy more material but never produced any nor finished the job. Last he damaged my property and never repair. He left the job incomplete. Please see other reviews you will see this is his pattern. DO NOT HIRE

Q&R is experienced in all home projects. So far the time frame is going well.

Just a good pro experience

They were on time, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I plan to use them again.
