He is very responsive, On time, Clean job site, Finished work was neat and tidy!!

I've worked with a variety of handymen on projects at multiple houses. This was the worst. He was slow, unreliable and the guys he had working with him were sloppy. They broke things in the house - a heater vent, part of a sink - got paint and spackle on door frames and the floor and did not finish projects. There were endless excuses for them not showing up as scheduled and I finally had to hire another person to do the work as the house was listed for sale.

Robert the owner is very professional, on time, and responds quickly to your calls. The guys he has working for him are very good!

He did not do the work he said he was going to do. He led me to believe he had done what he said but I found out he had not. I am very disappointed. He took my money, then when I was due a refund, he said he did not have it. I had to go through arbitration, he still did not pay. I would NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN HIRING HIM. He will rip you off. I am still trying to get my money back almost two years later. Terrible business!

Do not do business with Q and R Home Improvement ! Robert the owner never finished work on the Garage he was building for me. It is over a year... Roberts workers did not seem to be able to build my Garage properly. He never came back just abandoned the job, Failed Building Inspection. Many Construction problems. It has been a nightmare trying to get him to do the work as it proceeded. I paid him over $30,000.00, and he just took off without finishing. It took months of work to have the repairs done and finish what he did not do. NIGHTMARE!

We wanted new railings on our porch. The overhang was old but in good condition. The wood under was rotted though. We were told the overhang would have to come down by a different company. Not so with Q&R. Wood was replaced, and overhang remains. We got our new hand rails, decided to have shingles redone, new glass storm doors installed on 3 entry ways, and porch painted. Robert walked us through everything that was done answered every question straight forward and patiently. ( and I had a bunch of question) They were courteous, on time and if his team could not make it for whatever reason, we were notified. Jobs were finished in a few weeks. We are quite satisfied and are already planning what s next on our home repair list. We definitely will be calling Q & R Home Improvements.

The owner Robert was very knowledgeable and resourceful in designing and building the large deck around my pool. Whenever I had a question or concern, he called back or texted me within minutes, even when he was busy, which is unheard of when dealing with contractors. His quote was very competitive. and even though the project took much longer than he anticipated because of the complexity , he did not charge me anymore than the contracted price. There were delays in finishing the project , mostly as a result of inclimate weather but the end product was exemplary . it was a challenge to redesign a deck around my pool with very uneven fence and unlevel ground. His crew, Jose being lead , was very responsible and worked so hard. They paid such attention to detail and I could not be more pleased . I cannot wait until the summer when the pool opens to show off their great work. I would highly recommend Q&R and look forward to using them in the future

Q&R/Robert was easily available via phone and text and quick to respond and rectify the concerns I had about the initial quality of the work.

Robert is a dream to work with. I tell him what I like and you can see his wheels turning with ideas,solutions, and alternatives. But he'll also point out any problems he he sees. His staff is young but well trained and pleasant.

I had a great experience with this company. If I had a question or needed to get in touch with Robert he always called me back with 10 minutes. THe work that his guys did was top notch and they were very nice. They swept the floor and then wanted to mop it but I thought this was way above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You can trust them and be confident that they will do a perfect job.

Robert really helped me out of a huge jam. I am real estate agent who flunk a CO the Friday before Labor Day. I contact Robert in a panic that Saturday. He patiently coached my thru what he need. Showed up on Tuesday installed a Firedoor. The job looked great. Because of all of Robert great reviews on Home advisor I knew I did not have to be there during the install. Better yet Robert did a great job always texting the progress and returning calls immediately

I hired Robert to build new deck around pool , he will be starting project in next few weeks so I will update upon completion . If his workmanship is anything like his Professionalism, expedient response to any concerns and competitive pricing I will be giving a five star review. He has come to my home two times to go over things with me to and alleviate any concerns. He responds to my texts with a personal phone call within minutes, even when on a job . Who does this ? Have already recommended him and plan on having him do other small jobs over winter . He is very personable And comfortable to deal with . Will update this review within the month when project finished with before and after photos . Highly impressed so far !!

I was in such a bind as another app had connected me with someone who backed out the night before he was to be here! I was on a deadline and Robert came the same day I called. He supervised his workers appropriately and I was very happy with the service!

Great to work with in scheduling the job. Robert worked around my schedule and he and his team were always on time. I was able to share and discuss ideas for my my bathroom remodel; they were always accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Q & R and would use them again.
