He was excellent. Very attentive to his customers. Anytime I reached out he was right there with a reply , no issues with performance or scheduling and he cleaned up the yard when he was done. I would definitely recommend him.

Pleasant, responsive, but took a long time to complete work, despite promising that his workers would be here daily, Which they were not!

DO NOT USE Q and R HOME IMPROVEMENT: I feel obligated to warn other people looking for deck or home improvement services not to use Q and R Home Improvement LLC. The owner Robert made many promises on cost, permitting in our township, project length, etc. He promised he would pull the permits for the project as stated in the contract in which he never did. Robert would not even show up on the job, he always dropped his workers off and would not even get out of his truck, unless it was payday. He would ignore our calls and texts for days straight when we asked about when he would complete the project. I am certain he was taking our money to pay his material vendors. The deck is not quality workmanship. The boards are uneven and create a horrible trip hazard, there are parts missing from the railings, and Izak boards are falling off already. The workers left material and garbage all over the new sod when asked not to, killing it. We have tried numerous times to contact Robert and he will not return calls or texts. We were completely scammed by this company along with many others in our neighborhood We have come to find out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Robert, the provider, is very profesional, he is very responsive, he returns phone calls, and he calls to follow up and prepare you for the following day. His workers are very polite, proficient and hard workers. I am very happy with the results.

I heard from Robert immediately after reaching out to HomeAdvisor. He came out the next day and told me exactly what the project would entail. His crew was fantastic and I would recommend them.

Robert was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. He really went out of his way to help repair a screen door leading to a balcony. I accidentally walked into a screen door that was on a shore house we rented for a week. I called him on Thursday and it was repaired by Friday afternoon. I would definitely call him again if I needed home improvements and repairs.

Project started late because of everything that was going on in the Universe right now but all things were good. Good quality work, great prices, really nice staff and Robert himself was very nice.
