Robert of Q&R did this job about 2 years ago. About 4 months ago we discovered a leak from the bathroom into our basement. In order to correct the leak the tile floor of the shower had to be removed, as well as the drain, the pan, and custom glass enclosure. All but the glass has been repaired/replaced. The glass has to be reordered and installed due to a change in dimensions from the repairs. This repair project has cost us about $10,000.00! This coupled with the inconvenience is outrageous.

Robert is very professional. Scheduling was immediate and the job completed the same day. He also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Robert was very courteous, he did everything he said he will do and did a beautiful job on my kitchen and bathroom backsplashes.

I called Robert on a Monday and he picked up the phone on the second ring. He came over a couple of hours latter and gave me an estimate before he left my house. We sent up a time for Saturday and he came on time, completed the work that we had discussed, and cleaned everything up. I felt his work was very good and we plan on using him again.

Robert did an excellent job! I am pleased with the way everything looks and the pricing was reasonable.

The owner is on top of his project and they keep in the customer informed with scheduling . The work is high quality!

Robert is an awful business owner. He disappears for weeks at at a time and does not care about his customers. on top of that unless you keep a close eye on him and ask his workers to do things 3-4 times it is sub-par. I will never hire him again and warn you not to as well. I found him here on home advisor but he must have friends leaving the reviews because there's no way he should be rated this high. Buyer beware.

Excellent results. Very professional from start to finish.

I had a couple of questions and Robert answered it answered it to my satisfaction and gave me the reasoning behind it. If anything came up I would feel comfortable calling Robert. Robert was very good at communicating. The experience was very good.

The two extremely pricey doors were put in, incorrectly. I am having safety issues that pertain to the door opening by simply being pushed or tapped. I have insects coming in through the bottom of the door as well. The door was also bubbled on the screen door from the heat. Completely dissatisfied and to top it off, the owner of the company will not return my phone call to fix these issues.
