Dont give Robert 50% of the money at first give him 10% and divide the money into projects. He does not supervise his crew and he will make up storys. The crew is very unprofessional.

Robert Koseyan has been in the business for a long time and knows every aspect of the construction business and with personal experience. He has a good eye of a landscape artist. The company is full service for all over remodeling, it is convenient they can build and remodel.

They did what they said at a great price and excellent workmanship.

The quality of work was very good, as well as the prices. He promised to finish the job but he did not finish it on time, but in the end, he did complete the job and we are very satisfied.

Robert and his team were amazing. I had a new door installed leading to a bedroom and some bathroom repairs done. Robert called me personally to schedule an appointment, which took place only a few days later. Pricing was fair. His workers were on time and if they were running over on a job, Robert called to inform me. How is that for customer service! From install to clean up, everything was done the right way. I would highly recommend. I will be contacting Q&R soon for additional projects.

Never showed up for work, never on time, never fallowed through with his work, I paid him cash and he just left the job.

Had water damage in a small condo. Started working two months ago, works one day a week. The painting was sloppy. I hope he finishes soon. Robert always gets back to me, but his workers are never there.

The contractor took $600 cash as a down-payment and then disappeared. His mailbox is full so we cant leave a message. We tried emailing and called to say he would be here Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and he never came, never called, nothing. Do not use this contractor.

The company did a very good job. In the beginning it started off slow which the weather had a little something to do with that but after we got past that everything was fine.
