They did not fix the plumbing problem I hired them for. I would not use them again and would not recommend them.

Two young guys showed up for the call. Gave a fairly reasonable estimate and did the work right after I approved the work. They were neat and did a great job.

no perfect rating was given, this is a result from college, a professor said no one or anything is perfect. I do plan on hiring your company again, a bit later in the year.

I was not notified about a change in the time of arrival. I was charged for two full hours for an hour and five minutes of work.

We hired MGM to fix a leaky bathroom shower facet in August. They were one of the first plumbers available to come out for an estimate. We got a few estimates and they were not the highest or the lowest estimate but we really liked the plumber and felt confident with what he said. On the day he was to come out and fix it he did not show and the office called to reschedule. Understanding life happens, especially during a pandemic with worker shortages we rescheduled for the following week. A different plumber came out. He fixed the faucet fairly quickly and left. Less than a week later it started dripping again. MGM was responsive and sent someone out to fix it again within a week. When they left my hot ran cold and my cold ran hot! but it was not drIpping do we just let it go. Then a few weeks later they emailed me a bill for the repair to the faucet that I already paid to have fixed. I called them and emailed them multiple times explaining they never fixed my original issue. They finally dismissed the bill a few weeks ago (about 4 months later). Fast forward to tonight and the same faucet is now on a steady drip/ running. We can not shut it off and we need to call another plumber in the morning to actually fix this problem on an emergency call and not half fast bandage it. I am also hoping they can turn my cold back to running cold and my hot running hot. I held off writing a bad review (choosing not to review at all) because overall they were mostly responsive. But tonight when the faucet started dripping a steady stream, I am more than livid. This should have been fixed! this is a leaky faucet not a complicated job!!! I am really frustrated.
