The roof was not caulked in several areas I brought it to the owners attention and he has a big attitude and tell me he doesn?t have to caulk those areas very unprofessional

I was apprehensive going into the process with having to find a roofing company I could feel comfortable with and that could work within my budget. The salesman Dan, was accessible and reliable all the way through the process even when I had questions or concerns. Mostly familiar with local companies when beginning the process of selection, Magic came recommended by Home Advisor and I am So thankful. The communication is terrible at best. They put a hole in my ceiling, broke lawn furniture, and the roof was poorly installed. I was told four times they would come out tomorrow to fix these problems and was left wasting my time doing so with no contact letting me know they would not be coming out. Their cost is low but don?t let that sway your decision. I have siding and windows that still need to be done and I would not go with this company if they were half the cost of my cheapest estimate.

GOOD WORKERS

Magic was competive with the other 6 estimates I received. WHat made the difference was the salesman, JoeNegrey. his sincerity to work with me, to explain the job, to listen to my financial sittation. I am 77 years old, and unemployed since 3/11/29, so money is tight. MY project is divided into 3 parts, first the roof, then Windows and siding, last its the patio. Joe was the only salesman who went up in the attics and saw the wood. That had to be replaced, his estimate included the plywood which gave me an honest cost for the job. All the other contractors estimates had hidden expenses. Joe sold the job with professionalism and personality.

Other than a couple of miscommunications everything was done as expected.

I give magic a 5 star rating because, from the knowledgeable and friendly estimator to the scheduler and the install team these guys are pros, this is a family run business and I can tell because they take pride in their work. Magic was very competitive in the bid price, which to a blue collar family like ours that means so much. The day of install 6 or 8 guys showed up and everyone knew exactly what they needed to to. Our roof and fascia was replaced in 1 day and the gutters the next, and when they were gone it looked as if they were never hear except we had a new roof. So if your shopping for a new roof or siding You must allow magic the opportunity to give you an estimate. You won t be disappointed, we weren t!

I have never ever seen a bunch of people work so hard in my life, and I work very hard for a living. They did excellent work, worked very clean - at the end of the first day everything was under a tarp, no debris, and top roof was complete, second day same thing except everything was done, nothing left on property super clean and the dumpster was already on a truck and was gone by the end of day 2. Since have been on roof and in the attic of both my main home and garage. Looks good on both sides. Have had several huge storms since with no issues. Also it looks great I highly recommend going with the Owens Corning top of the line, It's a 50 year roof!

Quality work with excellent clean up

We had new gutter guards installed prior to the roof work. Some of the gutter guards weren't put back in place properly but they had no problem coming back the next day to fix the areas we pointed out.

They are very professional and very friendly people. Extremely reasonable for the quality of work that they do.

they do the job for the long term(50 yr. warranty) and offer improvements to aid in that direction.

Lacking details in final invoice. Invoice lacked itemized details needed for me, the customer to provide to my insurance company to assist with closing the insurance claims. Beyond that the work on the roof was good.

They were able to do the job right away. Came on time. Took care of all the clean up. Kept us informed about the project. Checked in to make sure everything was ok. I could not ask for a better experience!!!

Work was completed as per contract. Communications did not meet my expectations, especially with respect to correcting a large mistake on their part. However, in the end, work was done and appears to be entirely adequate.

My neighbor watched the progress and made a point to let me know that she was impressed with the work ethic of the crew and the professionalism of the workmanship. I myself did not have the ability to watch the progress, but was pleased with the end result. The roof looks great. The lawn was immaculately cleaned up; there was no evidence of debris anywhere.
