Excellent job and we are very pleased! Ours was a small roofing job on a shed many contractors did not want to do in the past. Many didn't even bother returning phone calls and several didn't keep appointments they made. Shortly after joining HomeAdvisor for this job, Luis called, made an appointment and arrived promptly. He reviewed the work needed and gave us an estimate right away which we accepted. These guys treated our job just as professionally and carefully as if they were doing our entire house roof. We are thrilled with the results and would definitely hire them again.

Luis and Natalie provided great customer service. Luis was very professional and always responded to phone calls and arrived when scheduled. Nohel and his crew did a very professional job and even arrived early to begin work. They utilized top rated materials and even repaired some warped roof decking. These guys were a very hard working crew and you could tell they had a lot of experience in the manner that they all worked well together. They left the job site in clean condition. Pricing provided by Luis was very competitive. I would highly recommend Magic Roofing.

The salesman Luis was fantastic, on time, spend a long time going over everything and answering all my questions. He even went on the roof, which most companies did not do. Getting a hold of them was not so easy, had to leave several messages before anyone got back to me. They did get the job done as promised in 1 day. The roof looks great, and was very satisfied with the quality of the installation. They were very good at cleaning up, and did a good job of not bothering the neighbors, since there was very little room on either side of the house. I was pleased with the work that was performed.

Luis was very professional and easy to work with. He explained exactly what was going to be done and the work was done quicker then expected. He was very understanding about our budget and willing to work with us on the matter. He will be a recommendation to all coworkers needing roof work.

Excellent service, good price, quick work. Couldn't ask for a better roofing company. A house down the street is getting a new roof too, different roofing company, and the dumpster with the old roof has been sitting in front of their house for a week and a half now. Magic took the dumpster with them.

Out of all the quotes i received Luilly was the only one to go up to the roof and physically take a look. The job they did was incredibly professional and the roof looks fabulous. They did a fantastic job. They came when they were supposed to, cleaned up like they said have and left the property better than when they got here. I cant say anything bad about them.

I was given so much information that now I probably know more about roof & material than many seasonal contractors. They removed 21 sq 2 layers of singles & all plywood down to the rafters and rebuilt the entire roof in less than 8 hours. Magic! Right? Lowest Price 9/10, quality of work 10/10, customer service 10/10, friendly 10/10. Thanks to Luis and his team.

I got 4 estimates and Magic was the least expensive and offered the best materials and warranties through GAF. After installation the roof looks great and I know they did a great job. Luis also threw in last minute our shed (no additional cost to us), as I had noticed the roof had rotted decking. Cleanup was good but I found a few strips of nails and there is old underlayer bits on windowsills and around the property. Communication was lacking. On two occasions we expected Luis to show up and he didn't, nor did he call to let us know (until we reached out). In person service was great.

They did a great job, can't complain, just didn't know when they were coming. They did a great job installing the shingles and roof vent, cleaned up the yard, and the gutter guys were there the next day as planned. All in all they did a great job!

I submitted a review that stated that Luis did not obtain a permit or complete the required application. However, after 3 weeks of getting the run around, I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Luis finally got the permit and all the proper paperwork to me. After he was informed of my previous review, Luis contacted me several times (which felt like harassment) and when we talked on the phone, he told me that if I did not have the review removed he would not honor my warranty or contract by refusing future repair service.He has been extremely hostile & rude. I would have preferred to pay more for a different contractor to avoid this awful customer service.

Professional and polite work crew came with his very fair price for removal of 2 layers of old roof and replace with new asphalt GAF roofing system I wanted. He also recommended emplacement of storm drains and covers which I wanted to do anyway but as a separate project. He did it for a fantastic price so overall value went beyond replacing roof.

I met with them on Friday and they were on my roof at 8am Wednesday morning. I was surprised they worked with snow on the roof but they were in and out in a flash. Very polite and professional, delivered everything promised, on time and didn't leave one piece if debris behind! I highly reccomend Magic Roofing and will refer them to my friends and family!!
