I do wish the gutter installers how to ask me how about one of the leaders that they encountered as far as its location. They did great work and completed the job layout as they found it.

The guys did a beautiful job and cleaned up thoroughly. Unfortunately though, 2 months after the roof was installed, it was found to be leaking via a gap around the gas vent. When the roof was installed, this gap was ignored. I called them wen i discovered the leak. There was already damage to the ceiling inside. The owner said he would send someone out the next day at 8:00am, but the guy did not show up. I called them at 8:30 for an update and was told he was going to arrive in 25 minutes. Still no guy. I finally had to leave by 10:30am. I called the owner repeatedly, but he now refused to answer. After I called Home Advisor to complain, I got a call from the owner around noon saying that his guys were at the location and that the leak was not their fault. My husband and I went back to the house and met the guys who argued with us about the source of the leak. My husband went up to the roof and noted that they had, in our absence, freshly caulked the gap of the gas vent. Then they kept me there for approximately another 2 hours while they pulled up shingles and endlessly photographed the suspect area of the roof (3 guys, all with cellphone cameras), insisting that the roof was not the source of the leak. Eventually, they pulled up shingles (which came up surprisingly easily), added caulking and replaced them with a few nails. They used the existing shingles, as they had not brought any new shingles with them. There was no offer by them to fix the damaged ceiling inside, There was no apology for the leak or for our wasted time.

This is a good company to work with. They carry all insurance certificates, their price was reasonable, the proposal had all the details. In particular, I like their 15 year labor warranty. They picked a perfect day to replace my roof. The crew was friendly and efficient. They arrived early, put tarp around the building, then worked seamlessly and completed the job in less than a day. They installed the materials as promised, in the end cleaned up nicely. I am no expert on roof construction, but I believe they job is top of the line, and I hope it will withstand the test of time. I would recommend Magic to anyone.

The owner Louise was very responsive to my issues, I had solar panels on my roof and took a little while to have it taken down and reinstall by certified contractors. Once the solar panels were down he scheduled his crew to start my roof replacement. The crew showed up early, put tarp down everywhere and started. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up nicely. The crew assigned to my job was very experienced and efficient. I would recommend Magic to anyone, their price was reasonable and carried all insurance certificates.

The job was completed in 6 hours & cleaned emaculately

They did a really good job on my roof and siding. The price was the best quote I got and the work itself was great. However, communication was poor. The day the sales representatives came to my house was the day I signed the contract. I was informed by them that there was 1 project in front of mine, so it may take a few weeks, but they'd be in touch with me and were ordering all the supplies that day. Five weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them so I reached out to them (this was on a Thursday) and was informed they were coming on Monday. They sent someone out to my house the next day (Friday) to recheck all of the measurements and this guy informed me that he would do the roof on Monday but it would be an additional 2 weeks to order supplies for the siding. I asked why and he told me it was because I changed the type of siding that I wanted. I informed him that I hadn't changed a single thing since the day I signed the contract so he told me that is what he was told and he would look into it , but it would take 2 more weeks regardless. I never heard back about that issue. The roof was done in 1 day on that Monday without issues. The siding took another 2 weeks to be ordered and shipped. It sat in my driveway for another week and then one day when I came home from work they were there working on it. The siding took 5 days to complete. On the 5th day they realized they had the wrong size shutters and didn't have enough of the pieces to go around my light fixtures so they had to come back the next week for that. They were supposed to hang 3 sets of shutters, but when they came back with the "correct" size it only fit one of my windows so in the end, I only got 1 window shuttered. I'm going to have to order and hang the other 2 on my own which I'm not too happy about. So overall the price and work was great, but the communication was very poor.

Price was competitive and the proposal had detailed documentation. The crew was professional and they arrived on time and were very efficient. The job was completed in one day. We were satisfied with selecting Magic Roofing

Great price and guarantee for an asphalt shingle re-roofing project. I was very pleased with their work and their clean-up afterwards. They even went over the immediate yard area with magnets to pick up any nails that may have been dropped inadvertently.
