All my communication was with the owner of the company, Marco. I found Marco to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and caring about providing a high quality service and product. He did an excellent job of explaining to me what my options were and the costs and trade-offs involved in that decision. An excellent product display was also provided so I could experience the different tints available. Marco was ready for me at the time we had agreed to and providing his tinting service in the time estimated. The price seemed reasonable for the product he uses and I had done much shopping around before deciding to use this company. The tint Marco uses is superior to the competition and his price is as low as anyones. I felt I got good value for the money I spent. Also, the price quoted was exactly what was charged upon completion of the job. I believe you can tell the quality of a business best by what happens when things don't go perfectly. Once I got home from my tint appointment I noticed a couple of areas that were not perfect on my newly tinted windows. I immediately texted Marco and sent him pictures and a description of those areas. Without hesitation he set up a time with me to examine the situation and let me know he would take care of it without fail. I went in as scheduled and found that Marco made the job perfect, acted in a most professional manner and seemed pleased to be able to correct the situation. There was NO discussion of added charges or claims that the problems I saw were normal and needed to be expected. Quite the contrary, Marco immediately took responsibility for the problem and provided the fix. I left feeling like I will certainly return for more tint jobs and recommend his service to others.

The staff was great. They took me right at the appointment time and completed the job in about one hour. The waiting area was clean and well set up with television, things to drink and comfortable chairs. The quality of the work was excellent. I definitely recommend East Coast Windows!

He was very honest and informative and suggested great recommendations that I am very happy with. The waiting room was very comfortable with a clear view of my car being worked on. There was also a nice sized television with plenty of channels to choose from and a powerful ac unit! I was very particular about what I wanted and how I wanted it done, he was very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely recommend him to others and revisit as needed.

Mom loves the window film. You can see out, but not in, unless there is a light on inside, which makes her home look twice as big. . Marco arrived on time, works very efficiently, and is well organized. I viewed his work and agree with Mom that there are no complaints, and very meticulous results. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The provider tinted our two West facing floor to ceiling windows, what a world of difference it makes! I already feel the house cooler and no longer worry about peering eyes into our house. Another West facing window was tinted as well, along with our bedroom windows. Now we actually can sleep in and not wake up at the crack of dawn! Interested to see how our energy bill will reflect the window tinting.

After having lived in South Florida for over eleven years, it was about time to get my car tinted. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was able to drop my car off for several hours. While it took a bit more time than estimated, I was extremely pleased with the results, and I was glad that the job was not rushed to do it quickly, especially the day before a holiday weekend. The water bubbles that showed up at first worried my wife when she saw the tints a few hours after the job, but once they cured, they were flawless. Now I don't mind leaving my car outside in the sun because of my tints. I am absolutely pleased with the work that was done and I would recommend taking your car to East Coast Window Films to anyone looking for a quality tint job.

All went really well from the time I made an appointment to the service performed. The staff who did the films on my car was professional and highly skilled. I used them to do more work at my house, to remove the films on some windows. They did a great job, I definitely will use them again in the future.

when I called for an appointment, Marco was very accommodating in finding a time that worked for me. He started work on my car,cats soon as I arrived and the work was finished earlier than anticipated. He was pleasant and professional. I would certainly recommend him to friends.

Job went very smoothly. Marco was punctual and professional when he arrived to provide the estimate. Marco took the time to go through the various options and answered all of my questions. His installer arrived at the appointed time of installation. Installer was professional and completed the project in about an hour. A painless experience!

This is a great company that did my car. It did take a little longer then I would have liked being that I had a busy schedule that day, but they went as quickly as they could and got the job done well. The VW Beetle is a very difficult car to tint due to the rounded windows. I had the job done on Mon. 06/01/2015 and it was an excellent job. However, in the next couple of days I noticed a couple of bubbles that did not flatten out as expected. went back to the shop today, 06/04/2015, and met with Justin. He took a look at the car and said that he could make all the necessary adjustments in the tinting film which he did very expertly. Justin is a master when it comes to window tinting of VW Beetles. In fact, he has taken part and placed in a national window tinting competition in Las Vegas. Interestingly, the competition was based on tinting the rear hatchback window of a VW Beetle - so that shows how difficult that window is to tint and what a pro Justin is. Highly recommended.

Marco and his team provide a very professional service at fair prices with lifetime guarantees. The job was done efficiently without rushing. There is such a noticeable temperature difference on the back of my home which has several windows and faces westward. It is much cooler and I can already tell my electricity bill will be reduced. The team also tinted my car windows which was done with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail. What a difference it makes in not only keeping heat out of the car but ascetically the car looks SO MUCH NICER!!! I highly recommend this company.

I brought my Corolla to the shop for window tinting in the morning without appointment. Nicko(?) showed me the options of films and prepared for the work. Then his appointment arrived. Nicko apologized that mine would not get done in two hours. He offered to give me a ride home. I appreciated his commitment to his customers with appointment. At the end I got the car done in the afternoon. The job was professionally done with life-time warranty. I would recommend others for their window tinting.

Marco arrived promptly on 12/9 and was highly efficient in removing the old film and installing the new material. He was correct in his suggestion since my lake view was greatly enhanced. I would highly recommend Marco's services. He is very amiable and professional. He should be proud of the company he has created. Due to my very good experience, both of my sisters had Marco come to their homes to give them appraisals for possible tintling services.

I was happy with the installation and the product that was used. I am not happy about not receiving the 15% discount that was offered and posted on Angie's list, therefore I will not use them in the future.

It went well. There was a hiccup as I did not recognize that re-tinting was different than just tinting. The package I bought was not right for the job I needed. After realizing my over-sight, we easily came to a mutual agreement to fulfill my needs to re-tint. It did require a reschedule and additional charge, but I did not feel that it was at all a bait and switch. Marco and his people were very responsive, agreeable and professional. I was very pleased with the work and thought the prices to be fair. I would highly recommend them in the future.

WONDERFUL! Marco is such a nice, young man. Everything about him is professional. He did a great job installing the film, and he was immaculate. I highly recommend Eat Coast Window Films. I don't think you could find anyone better than Marco anywhere. (I rated the price a "B" because I had nothing to compare it with. I am sure that Marco is competitive. I did not get any other estimates, because when I met Marco, I knew that I wanted to give him the job, and of course, he had great reviews on Angie's List, and they were right!) Marcus was wonderful. From the initial telephone call, he was polite, and professional. He arrived on time for the estimate. He did not try to oversell us, but showed us the difference in product offerings. He showed up right on time for the installation. He was neat and cleaned up afterwards.. I would definitely recommend him.

Marco and his guys did such a great job on my first truck that I had them do my other two work trucks and my wifes car. After talking with him a bit he Explained the benefits of doing the windows of my house. I have had him recently do my house and the temperature diference is amazing. The Guys over at East Coast are truly a pleasure working with and very professional. I have sent them a few people and they have not dissapointed yet. Highly Recomend this company. Joey
