Description of Work: I hired him to replace a bathroom. After 2 attempts it proved more than evident to be an impossible fete. Although the actual owner did very little of the work, I held him responsible for the action and skill, or lack thereof, of his workers. The nightmare that ensued over the next month was almost unbareble. Time and space alone prevent me from listing ALL the details but some of the highlights: Tiling over top of the old tile (setting up a wetsaw in my living room to cut said tile when there was an empty basement less than 10ft away): Installing greenboard only on the bottom half of the walls,(nailing this as well as the subfloor so I can spend the coming days watching the nailheads pop out and listen to the floor squeak; Not obtaining permits for work he shouldn't even have done. And, finally, leaving construction debris thrown outside in front of my house for weeks which I had to pay to have removed. After an additional $3000 to have real professional complete the task, I now have an acceptable bathroom. LESSON LEARNED!

Description of Work: The neighborhood handyman showed up promptly on time,and went to the master bathroom, and quickly resolved a problem of a constantly running toilet.by an adjustment (which, by the way) was causing me a large water bill.. Next, he went to the family bathroom and repaired a broken link to the drain plug aparatus, to permit normal, restored normal operation of the sink.. Those two actions were finished quickly and satisfactory.
