Gutter Helmet by Lednor Home Solutions

I bought Gutter Helmet with the slogan of "you never need to clean your gutters again". We were told throughout the process that if ever needed a cleaning that the company would stand by their guarantee of free cleaning and inspection. I have this product for years and always was thankful for the free inspection and cleaning as we had been promised by the sales team. Now this company is charging $50 (not to clean your gutters - that's still "free!") but that they need the extra money because of inflation and rising costs of things. We all are dealing with this!! This charge should be on people purchasing the product AFTER the fact or should be built into the already high cost of the product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The point is , not if service was preformed, the company NOW charges for service . When the product was sold to us we were assured never another a charge, contract does not say they can enforce a charge . However now they charge $50 I asked to show me we’re it says they can charge me and the answer was “it doesn’t. Customer service is terrible, just call and listen to the message basically say someone will call you back in 5-8 days. Then they send an inspector which takes two weeks then you pay the fee and wait another 2-4 weeks for someone to come. STAY Away from this group!!!! I give a minus 5 stars but it won’t let me

This was a real professional job. The install crew came when promised, were efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. Everything that was promised by the sales rep was delivered

Great! The sales Rep was very good and made it clear what the product did and what the cost was. The work was done when promised. Workers were on time, cleaned up all the old gutters and left the property neat when they were done.

Great ended up getting service a few days early and didn’t need to be there for them to get the job done very informative and when called about a concern after a rain storm they came right out and turned out to be something with siding not the gutter would recommend these guys to anyone and would get them to do any future home I live in

We missed their email informing us of our installation date and were unaware that they had performed the installation and thus surprised when we received an unprofessional looking email thanking us for our business and informing us of a credit card charge for the final balance. Felt this could have been handled better.

Service was preformed on time and they did a fine job for both my house and my mothers. Here's the kicker.. Price was way open for negation. I felt like I was buying a new or used car and I had to negotiate for the best price. The original quote and final price was thousands less. Please just quote your price the best up front. I did not want the pre orchestrated sales pitch/demo just the bottom line. I knew people that has this product installed and I was tipped of before about the pricing. While this seams to be a quality product I some how feel dirty about the final cost.

excellent. Did have an issue after they were first put up with rainwater overrunning gutters and with one call they came back in a timely manner and corrected the problem to our satisfaction. The company advertises you can call them anytime and they do what they say they do.

Went well, clean & fast done by a polite crew

Sloppy job had to come back to fix things I showed that were wrong while they were doing installation. Young helper was eager but careless. There excuse was it was drizzling. I had to change my plans as the moved up installation. If the rain was a problem then the never have started. In the end it appears that all issues are resolved. I am waiting f ok TV a good downpour to see if it works.
