I recommend them highly! The tech guy came over to our home first thing in the morning and was exceptional.we were desperate in need of getting our gas pipe leak replaced and our water heater as well. He discussed with us the options and the whole job is done in 3 hours.

Expert installation!

Their work is great but you have to take out a second mortgage to pay them... The guy wanted 2,400 dollars to install bathroom faucets because a plastic nut broke off. I might be old but I am not senile.

Totally satisfied

Came out during a snow storm to clear out my clogged drain (outside of house). they were the ONLY company that called back on a Sunday and came out within several hours. I've heard some negative feedback on Horizon, but they absolutely made a horrible day much better at a very reasonable price too. I sincerely expected to pay more.

If any household has an emergency, call Horizon Services. I received assistance from the emergency tech., Omar Wilkins and he is an asset to this company. During his time resolving the problem, Mr. Wilkins was professional, well-mannered and demonstrated knowledge in his field. Great job!

Horizon was fast to respond and one of only 2 plumbers on Home Advisor that actually got back to me about my water heater. They were also able to get out there much faster than anyone else I spoke with. At the same time, they came out with all intentions of selling a new water heater vs. changing the elements in my 6 yr old existing one. They quoted me $780 for what the tech claimed would take 3 hours. $250/hr is steep for a job done on a Friday morning. Ultimately, I ended up believing the tech and had them replace it, but I have a strong suspicion that I was taken advantage of. They originally quoted me almost double what a local plumber I know was going to charge, but agreed to cut me a break of a few hundred dollars if I went with them.

They were on time and got my air working!

I would use this service again if needed. He was on time and was thorough. Very happy I called.

The guy came just to install a gas piping for a stove but left us without heat and hot water in tank. And charged me more money for his mistake. Never again!
