Overpriced for the amount of parts and labor

Hired Horizon Services for HVAC replacement and plumbing (replace copper pipes that were old and deteriorating with pex and replace 40-year-old tub and surround). Both had a professional here quickly to give me an estimate and then again to start the work. The HVAC work was done quickly but large debris was left and communication with the installation crew was not good. The plumbing work is still underway but communication is good.

Follow up was a nightmare. I am still waiting for follow up with and updated invoice I requested. If you do use them, DO NOT PAY until EVERYTHING has been finalized.

They charge astronomical prices for their work. Outrageous prices for average type work and they do not finish! They do not do any repair to sheetrock if they need to open up a wall or ceiling to fix your problem. They just leave it open for you to find someone to patch it up. I am not going to trust them with any more of my work

Doug and his crew were able to locate and fix the broken sewer pipe very efficiently. With Doug's help and the photo documentation, my insurance company promptly settled my claim.

Very overpriced decided to go with Professor Gatsby who, while their price was much cheaper, their service and material did not reflect that as they were amazing and it was an absolute quality installation.

The technician was professional and courteous. The project cost was extremely high: I knew the issue was an O-ring (a project that takes less than 5 minutes and costs less that $5 with a little elbow grease). Because of arthritis, I was unable to do the job myself. Instead it cost more than $200. At least the work is guaranteed.
