Gary was great. He walked me through what was needed and answered all my questions. On the day of the work, he and his coworker kept me informed of what they were doing. Afterwards, they left my place as neat as when they started their work.

I paid 500 for 2 pounds of Freon and said i would need to replace my unit soon within 36 hours the ac didnâ t work again . Another person came out and said i needed a replacement now. I have not got a call yet i want my money back.

We needed a new gas shutoff valve for our stove, it was a little more costly then I was expecting, but the job was done right and bubble checked for leaks. Professional but very nice people. We are now ready to have our new stove installed this week. Thank you David and Gary!!

Superior service - the technician brought the natural gas line to my outdoor grill up to code (major effort) and noticed that my ancient water heater needed replacing. He installed a new water heater the same day. I will switch my annual HVAC maintenance to Horizon and can even drop my plumber because Horizon also offers plumbing services.

Everthing was good and fine but the cost was too high .. 1/2 hour to change an electrical coil in the outside unit was over $600.
