As an architect, I've worked with WA Construct and Hasnain Nasar on 3 Residential new-construction projects and a half dozen addition/renovations. I've found the team to be extremely detail-oriented, attentive to their clients' needs and very easy to work with. WA Construct has in-house kitchen designers and interior decorators. WA's unique one-stop-shop allows homeowners to complete their projects without running from store to store; the decisions are brought to them. We didn't move forward doing the remodel project but MS Warraich Associates was great to work with and Hasnain Nasar, Chief Executive personally met with us and walked us through the whole process. He was very detailed and made us feel very comfortable how he approaches projects. He even offers a design service rolled into his pricing so you get added value from working with this top notch builder. All the projects he's done are of the highest quality and if we do this work in the future we would definitely use MS Warraich Associates without hesitation.

MS Warraich did a fantastic job. They delivered what we wanted to achieve in our addition/renovation. This is new construction on the existing foundation. As a realtor who is exposed to this industry, I must say that Hasnain and his team did a very good job. The project was finished in a timely manner. Cost was kept at bay without cutting corners. The project was very close to flawless. Hasnain and his team were efficient and professional. It is worth mentioning that this was a winter project and my family and I were home for a good portion of the demolition and most of the refinishing. They made us as comfortable as possible, they were a joy to work with.
