Eric and his crew are true professionals. In fact, I can only provide the utmost compliment to John, the main contractor who went above and beyond to turn my bathroom into a work of art. My bathroom is indeed customized, because every nook and cranny, from the paint to the tiles to the size of the shower to the location of the tub to the specialize bathroom fixtures to the location of the vents to the lighting etc, were all meticulously planned and built. John did a superb job! I will definitely use these guys again.

MC Home Improvement exceeded all expectations that I had. For months all I heard about was the horror stories others have dealt with so I was very concerned about the process. Thankfully Eric was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was always accessible on his phone at a moments notice. And the quality of the work is second to none! I would highly recommend MC Home Improvements to anyone.

After much deliberation, I finally decided to pull the trigger and start my kitchen renovation. This started with a renovation to my sun room first. I cannot express enough, how happy I am that I decided to go with Eric @ MC Home Improvements. Eric afforded me the opportunity to be a part of the decision making, which allowed me to be comfortable with what the end result would be. I received up to the day status reports and felt like Eric was now a family member filling me in on "what's new?" Not only was Eric a true professional in every sense of the word, but his crew was just as exceptional. Talented and personable. Thank you again MC Home Improvements. It went absolutely perfect. They were clean, punctual, on point and came through with everything promised.

It went very well, not a single issue. They worked 5 days a week and 8+ hours a day. They job was complete in a little under 6 weeks and I love the work. My project manager was Gio and he worked with Effrin on a daily basis. Eric was my first meeting and helped set up the job.

Excellent, once again MC Home did an amazing, professional, efficient job remodeling my full bathroom. Came out even better than expected. Tile, flooring, plumbing installation, paint, finishes and cleanup were all outstanding. This is my 3rd job with them and looking forward to hiring them again.

They started with the common and half bath. Brought that to completion and then started my master bath overall excellent very up to date styling, clean workers and very professional interactions.

It went perfect. The crew was there everyday until the job was over.

I had my first bathroom (my common bathroom) done in Nov. 2016. It was scheduled for 4 weeks and it took 4 weeks, cost about $9,500 (small bathroom), and I had Francisco. He was easy to deal with, he gave his advice when I asked for it, and he did everything I asked him to do. I was so happy with the work that was done that I had MC Home do my master bathroom. It was done in May 2017, cost about $8,600 (small bathroom - no wall tile, just paint), and I had Chris. This job was scheduled for 4 weeks and it only took Chris 2 weeks to complete. Like Francisco, Chris was easy to deal with and did everything I asked. I did have some minor issues with both bathrooms, and Eric sent Joe to my house one morning so he could fix anything that I had an issue with. All of this was done at no cost to me. The main reason I went with MC Home Improvement, other than the great reviews it got, was because of Eric. When I started making phone calls to contractors, he was quick to come to my house and quick to send me an estimate. It was obvious he wanted my business. Once work started on my bathrooms, Eric was always available by phone. He worked with me and didn't require me to use his sub-contractors for anything (I used his electrician for the first bathroom, but I used my own for the second one). He would just take the cost off the final bill, again with no questions asked. Using MC Home was definitely a good choice and I would use them again for any major work I need to get done.

The team was unbelievably professional and thoughtful of our needs. They protected all the areas of the house that were close by the three bathrooms, and cleaned up every day after the job. Eric was easily accessible and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Eric performed the estimate and checked-in throughout the process. Francisco was the main crew leader and was great at all aspects of the job. He was a true perfectionist (in a positive way) - and it showed up in the quality of his craftsmanship. Highly recommend them for their superior quality of work, and unbelievable customer service.

This is the second time we've used Eric and his team at MC Hip Improvements (the first time he renovated our bathroom). As before, Eric was very punctual in showing up to review the job, offering suggestions, and providing a quote. While his quote was higher than others, I choose to go with Eric because of our previous positive experience from both a timing and quality standpoint (I've had one too many bad experiences with past contractors taking forever). Because of the relatively small size of the job, Eric's team was able to start the job quickly and finish within a week. His team was very professional and fast. I really appreciate that they made sure to confirm the details with me to ensure that everything was done as envisioned. The workmanship is solid and they left the work area clean every night. I will continue to be a repeat customer of MC Home Improvement.

Eric is very responsive to any concerns or questions you may have. I was unhappy with the electrical team he used, but he was quick to correct the mistakes made and make everything right

Eric and his team were very responsive to our request. Eric immediately returned our call to schedule an appointment, perform a thorough job walk through, define the scope and drafted a proposal. He brought up issues that may arise throughout the job (e.g. plumbing interference for new built in mirrors) based on his experience so that we were aware ahead of time. Eric's team efficiently completed both bathrooms within the promised schedule. Eric worked with us to set a tight schedule given back end conflicts that we had. The project manager, John, kept a very clean job site and performed high quality work. We were very impressed and will definitely call MC Home Improvement in the future!!

Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. They were very punctual and arrived timely each morning to continue the work to completion. Communication was nothing short of excellent. Whenever we had questions or considered making changes we had a response almost immediately. We particularly liked the fact that they were very careful to protect floors and the adjoining bedroom from dust and pieces of debris. Both my wife and I had cause to be away from the house on one particular day and we felt confident in trusting them to have a key to the house so that they could work without disruption. I'm very happy to say that that we were not disappointed and I would have no reservations about entrusting them to work without someone being home. In short, we now have a beautiful customer shower enclosure and we only await the glass people to make and install the surrounding barrier. I will be tearing up and installing a new deck on the house this spring or summer and will hire MC Home Improvements once again without hesitation. Truly a class outfit with quality work in mind. I've already decided that when I replace our deck, I will hire them to do the demo and installation.

Eric was fantastic from start to finish. What set him apart in particular from the other contractors I had come out to give me an estimate was his *understanding* of what had to be done. In particular, the chimney removal was going to be complicated and Eric knew to make sure that nothing else was being exhausted through it (the water boiler was and we had to replace it with a direct vent). He was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. In fact, he gave me a ton of information on the phone before he even came out to give me an estimate, much of in more detail than any of the other contractors. Additionally, all of his workers were professional as well. I've referred him to friends and family since the work he did on our house.

We were under a tight schedule, and Eric guaranteed we would have the work done on time. Dave and Joe, were excellent workers, and stayed late to accomplish what needed to be done. We had hoped to get the work done a day earlier, but there were many contractors underfoot, so some things got delayed. Dave and Joe cleaned up the site before leaving and that was much appreciated. I rated the price a B, because I thought it was a bit high as we prepared the floor and back splash area ourselves, but under the circumstances of our tight schedule, we were happy to have Eric's team working for us and doing an excellent job. I rated "responsiveness" a B because it was touch and go on whether we would finish on time before the open house.

Replaced front door and windowm repaired termite damage, painted entire interior

My wife and I purchased a house in Montvale, NJ in late 2015 and had MC Home Improvement renovate the 50 sft Bathroom, Fireplace facade, kitchen backsplash, vent the range hood outside, and install two electrical outlets. Eric (owner) showed up on time to quote the job and gave great recommendations on what to do and provided a very competitive quote. We decided to go with Eric and his team not just because of the price, but also because he was very up-front with the job timing and when they could start and finish. I've had terrible experiences in the past with contractors taking forever with jobs, but I had a great experience with MC Home Improvements. Every day, the same contractor (Francisco) was at our house doing the work - he was always on time, courteous, and very professional. He always made sure that the worksite was clean at the end of the day, and provided suggestions as the job progressed. The quality of work was very good and Eric and his team kept to the ~5 week timeline as quoted. I would definitely recommend having them quote your job and would use them again in the future.

MC Home Improvement did a great job at every stage of the project. The contractor arrived right on time every morning. Efforts were made to keep the dust from settling elsewhere in the house, and each day the work area was swept clean. As this was the first major remodel we’ve handled, there were several items we’d failed to purchase in advance. The oversights were caught well ahead of time and we were informed so that the appropriate items could be purchased before they were needed, such that there were no delays to the project. Some parts had to be special ordered, but the work schedule was adjusted to avoid slowdown. When all was said and done, the work was completed on time. A minor adjustment to the new shower install (the temperature safety setting) was made free of charge a few days after the work was completed. We would highly recommend MC Home Improvement and Construction. Their service was exceptional and in the months since the job was completed we’ve encountered no problems.

The construction went very well. I was getting my house ready to put up for sale and the realtor recommended remodeling my master bathroom, So i did. Eric, Chris, and Joe were awesome. A delight to deal with and work with. In addition to the bathroom, the home inspector found some other items that needed to be addressed, so I called up Eric again. He was glad to come back out and assist me with getting my home ready for sale and we closed on time. Great experience. To bad, We are moving to South Carolina otherwise I would of enjoyed to work with them again.

We recently purchased a house built in 1918, that needed to have a lot of work done to it before we could move in. We initially contacted Eric to see if his company could perform some structural repairs that were proposed by a engineer that we were working with. After seeing what was going to be needed, Eric was very up front that he did not have a lot of experience with the type of work that was going to be needed, and that we should probably go with someone with more experience in that type of work. However, we had an electrician coming in to upgrade the wiring from knob and tube to modern code. The electrician was not going to repair all of the holes he was going to be making, so we asked Eric back once the electricians finished with the rough electrical work to give us an estimate to perform the repair work. Eric was very responsive, and very accommodating to several delays that resulted from the electrical inspections and permitting issues. He kept in touch with us to check on our status, and also had his guys come in when they had free to time to do prep work for the repair (squaring holes, cutting sheet rock, etc.). Once we gave him the go ahead, he was able to quickly complete the project, and make up some time of the time we lost to the inspection process. Patching the wholes was not straight forward, as we had a combination of plaster on lathe, drywall, dry wall on plaster, as well as some wood panels throughout the house. We just finished painting the house, and you can't tell where any of the holes were located. While they were patching, we discovered a cracked cast iron drain line from the main drain for the two bathrooms on the second floor. The plumbers were going to charge us an arm and a leg to do the repair, since they were going to have to cut away a lot of stuff to get to the pipe. Since they were in the house, and already prepped to cut and replace our walls we had the site manager them take a look, and they were able to do the repair for a third of the cost. Overall, I was extremely happy with working with Eric and his crew. Everything turned out great. We'll definitely be contacting him again for some other remodeling work that we will need to get done.

Eric and his team were great! There were a lot of moving parts to the lighting and electrical project, and they handled it with expertise and professionalism. They were very punctual with time and were very flexible with how we wanted them to attack the project. After the project was complete, we had an issue with one of the switches in the project, but I told Eric that it is okay if nothing can be done. However Eric said he would have one of his guys there the next day to make sure everything is working as it should. He was very responsive with the follow up and the switch is now working perfectly. My wife and I highly recommend using MC Home Improvements.
