Eric was highly responsive to our request for a quote on a kitchen remodel. He immediately picked up the phone and came to visit within a few days to provide a quote on the project. He walked down the job and reviewed the complete scope of work, asking questions about unclear items and providing insight on how he would execute portions of the work. His insights were experience based and insightful. Eric provided a fair quote for the work which was in line with other quotes we had received; based on our prior experience with MC Home Improvement we selected them to complete the kitchen remodel. Eric's team arrived at the same time each day and completed the work within the budgeted time. They were professional and maintained a clean workplace. The work was high quality - we will definitely call Eric again for the next project!

I requested multiple bids to add walls to a section of my basement, install two Toto Washlet+ toilets (can be a little tricky, but they got them in perfectly) and heated bathroom fans that required new circuits, an instant hot water dispenser/filter and garbage disposal with air switch in the kitchen. Eric gave me the most reasonable prices (not the cheapest), but I'm glad I chose him and crew to do all the work (Joe, Frank, Rich, and Mickey were excellent). Eric was very responsive throughout the entire process and willing to take the time to explain different aspects of the project. Most importantly, he was flexible when changes needed to be made or there were unforeseen circumstances that needed adjustments. His team was professional, personable, and on-time. I felt comfortable leaving the crew at the house when I needed to step out. Overall, I was very satisfied with the end result and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Eric and his team did a great job. They were flexible to my needs (homeowner's insurance was involved), fair on pricing and accommodating with scheduling. I kept in constant contact with Eric through all the milestones of the project which included other contractors and architects. Despite the additional layers of complexity, Eric made sure I was happy. The crew doing the work was outstanding. Chris and Joe knew what they were doing and went the extra mile to ensure I was a happy customer when putting in the new beam and framing out the rafters. While MC Home was put on hold for several months while I addressed the roof and solar install I was also handling, they picked right back up when all of the snow thawed. Frank and Gio came in, listened to my ideas and brought everything to life. While I did invest a lot of my time into the project to handle the porch ceiling, electrical, screen installation and paint, I never would have been able to finish the porch in the same time frame without MC Home. They were a pleasure to work with and were able to provide me with additional contractors to finish the fascias, soffits, gutters and downspouts. It took over a year to call the project complete, but I was NEVER delayed because of MC Home. I'd hire them again if I come across a project I can't handle. Note: The pictures shows off their work (before and after soffits, gutters, downspouts and paint), but these were before I put the screens in. If I can upload more, I'll find some during the actual framing as both sides of the dormer were stripped down and new rafters put in...and to some serious specs laid out by the architect.

Its always an inconvenience getting work done, but crew really does try to limit that and get the job done as quick as possible.

The process moved along smoothing. We had to deal with some rain that pushed the completion date, but that was understandable. They showed up every day possible though. The workmanship was top notch.

I think it went well. No problems and they constantly communicated with me with any information on the project.

Eric and his crew were very easy to work with. Excellent communication, which is very important to me when I am spending a good clip of money. Eric is very fast in answering questions either by email or phone. Joe did most of the work on the Bathroom and did an excellent job. All of the crew and subs were good guys and were very comfortable with my wife and little kids, who were in and out of the house most days. Very happy with the end result and would hire again.

owner is very organized and the customer doesn't need to run after him to make sure things are getting done. he got all the permits. little effort on homeowners part. his crew is so good. workmanship is good and customer service is amazing. cleanup was on point. always keep homeowner involved in what they are doing.

Eric and his team did an amazing job, I honestly couldn’t be happier. There was an issue with one of the doors and spackling, his team was at my house the next day and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone, not only did he answer any question we had...believe me my wife had many...but he also walked me through some tips and how I could save money by doing some things myself. Work went exactly to plan. Eric was very professional and so were his men. If there was an issue or change of game plan Eric would personally take the time to keep me well informed. I would hire them in a heart beat again.

They did a fantastic job fixing our laundry room, they fixed the walls that were cut because of flooding, installed new dryer vent, ceramic tile and sink. Also they installed new ceramic tile floor and fixed the walls in the room after a flood we had on our ground floor. They had to lift up hardwood floor with glue. They were very responsive to all our concerns and at the end did a phenomenal job. We are very picky customers and their patience and professionalism is highly appreciated. The price for which they did the work cannot be beat also. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Better than I expected. Matt suggested a free thing to try for the lights which worked. And the toilet is perfect now.
