It went very well. The quality and price were great. They did everything I asked and more. The job went one week over the estimated time to completion, but I believe that was because the town was a little backed up on inspections and we lost some days due to that. I was so happy to move into our new home with all the remodeling completed.

Showed up on time. Discussed the work and materials. did the work and most important finished on time and cleaned up the work area. Would use them again.

.Eric and Dominic and team were on time, reliable and most of all professional. they gave us a date when they would be on site and were there on time. Dominic is very responsive to phone calls. Overall a great experience, will use thme again!!

This was not my first home improvement project so I'm well aware how some contractors are. Eric was a delight. One of the best experiences I had with home improvement projects. He did as he said, showed up when he said, and always answered the phone when I called. The quality of work was excellent.

They project went well. I could not be more pleased. Eric stuck to the the original quote and timeline. He was up front and honest. He gave me great advice and his opinions were excellent. I am so pleased with the layout and design. They were on time, worked 9 hour + days, and at minimum; 5 days a week, sometimes saturdays if needed. I was so worried with all the horror stories out there, but I found a great contractor. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan on using him again in the future.

I worked with Dominick to get the job started. He came the very evening I had called and started the work. Dominick explained the problem, how to fix it, and provided me with a timeframe. The job was actually completed ahead of projected time. Thank you for the great work and for accommodating my schedule!

In our area of the country, the NY Metro area, for reference, new construction costs roughly $150 per square foot for a fairly nice home. Yet, this contractor was trying to submit a proposal that was way over $500 per square foot. I am very angry that someone would waste our time and energy when we told him from the very beginning this job was being competitively bid out amongst several contractors. It is not a surprise that though he was one of the last contractors to be provided a bid package, he was the first one to toss out a price as his estimate contained no attention to detail. I should have known this contractor was not serious about his business and reputation when the contractor showed up in a flashy new Camaro instead of some type of contractor vehicle, DC skateboard sneakers, and baggy shorts down way past his knees. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone and believe the other several reviews on this site are "less than arms length" from this contractor. The lesson to be learned...look for contractors with at least a couple of dozen or more reviews.

MC Property Management & Home Improvement were way too expensive. Their quote was double of other quotes. They came out and he wanted to wipe the old deck out completely and put in a new one. I told him what I needed, but he still gave me a quote for putting in a brand new deck. I think he just didn't care. He's really busy. That's the impression I got, even before he gave me the quote. I knew he didn't really want to do the job. He quoted me $9,000.00 and I got what I wanted done for $3,500.00.

My interaction with them is very well. Eric Cooper is the one who is the head. In the beginning when I was going through my estimates, I was very impressed because he sent drawings over e-mail. Some drawings to be of an idea for my kitchen, just to get an idea there. He knew I was getting other estimates too and I liked how he handled that. I was really impressed by that. I was waiting for him to finish his other job and today we had a discussion as a matter of fact on different things that they are working on here. They have a lot of stuff that they have to do over here, the ceiling, working on the dinning room, kitchen and the bathroom. I have had problems with the bathroom, because it had a leaking bathtub and now they have somebody else who is coming in to try to fix that problem and hopefully that will get resolved. They are in here like every day and working very hard. I am giving them lunch as I can, as I still have my stove. They have been wonderful. They have great so far. Lots still more to go through. My experience with them has been very good. I am impressed right now and they are pretty good. They are working very hard to get here early in the morning to be with the time, they clean up very well. They are doing a great job, they are doing everything they can and they are working really hard. They are very nice to work with. They are very nice. I am not having any problems with them. I have this plumbing thing going on here. They are doing the kitchen, they knocked out the wall between the kitchen and the dinning, and Eric is going to be putting all things in there for me. They took out all my old cabinets, which were destroyed and so bad to begin with. So, they are putting all new cabinets in for me and counter there. They are putting my dishwasher in for me. Because of the leak, they had to take the ceiling apart in the dinning room and work on that. Now, as I said I have this issue with the tub, which I have had a leak, which I told Eric about, so now they are working on that and they are also tiling and doing the one master bath upstairs. So, that is a new floor, a new shower, I had a leaking shower so they are repairing the shower plus they are putting the tile in and fixing up the job making it really nice. So, a couple of repairs as well. In the powder room, they are going to tile the floor and put in a sink in there for me. So, there are quite a lot of things to do. They are good because like when they cannot do one thing then they go to the other, so at least he gets things going, but he is making sure that he keeps the bathroom open for me. So, we just got the main bath. They are really pretty good over their price. I definitely would recommend them. We went to the home pro show, which I have never gone to before, and that is where I did meet Eric and I was impressed with him when I first met him. I liked the knowledge that he had, I liked how he spoke with us and then I liked his promptness. He always answers his phone, all the time and if he is busy he will call you right back, but he is wonderful with that. He runs and does his estimates as much as possible. He handles things very well I have to say.

I recently purchased a home with an unfinished basement which was more like a dungeon than anything! My fiance and I knew that it wasn't going to be an inexpensive renovation, due to the fact that it had severe water problems as well as a ton of other issues. We had met with about four other reputable contractors in the area as well as some contractors that were referred to us by friends and family. Needless to say after meeting with everyone we obviously knew the project was much too complicated for any "side job" handyman. and it was more important for us to have the job done properly ONE TIME, instead of us cutting corners and risk us having to hire someone else to fix a botched job. We had decided that we would be hiring an established contractor. Out of all of the companies we had met with, we were only able to find one company that had owners that were going to be at my house everyday to oversee the job, as well as perform all of the work instead of having some salesman come in and hire "sub-contactors" , unfortunately this company did have the highest price tag. After all was said and done we had spent a lot of money on the entire project but it was well worth it! The project was completed within the time frame promised and they stayed on budget without any unforseen expenses. We will definitely be calling them again when we have enough money to re-do our kitchen.

I felt comfortable as soon as I met the staff from MC. We went over the scope of work in detail before anything had began. They informed me of options that I had as far as my design went as well as any pitfalls that may be incurred in the process. Its refreshing to have an honest opinion from an outside source whether or not you like what they tell you. Everything went wonderfully from the demolition to the finishing touches.The staff was prompt, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. I would feel confident to hire them to work on any other area of my home.

The project went so well. I was so very pleased. They did everything they said and did it for the agreed price. No extra charges what so ever. They also did it in the time specified. Its was great.

The project went well. It went one week over the estimated time, but that was due to a back log of inspection the town had. There estimate was there estimate, there were no extra charges through out the project. Il looking forward to having them do my basement in two years. I 100% would recommend them to anyone.

The project went as good as it could of. It was a little inconvenience for me, but it was a major project so what could I expect. They were helpful, informative, professional, and overall, excellent. Their kitchen designer was very helpful and had great ideas that I loved. This was the kitchen I have wanted for years and they gave me everything I wanted. I really liked how they did not try to sway any of my decisions, they just gave their opinions and assisted but I ultimately made all the decisions. I felt that some other companies have tried to strong arm me in the past to do what they wanted to do, and I MC is not like that. I valued their opinions and loved the way they handle business.

Surpassed my expectations with design, construction and customer service. I am looking forward to hiring MC for my second floor renovation.

The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.

I have had MC Home Improvement not only build my deck, but remodel and gut bathrooms, install backsplash in my kitchen, install crown and various moldings, replace light fixtures, garbage disposals, paint and replace my front sidewalk. They return phone calls promptly and show up when promised and they do not leave the job site to start another, until it is finished!!! If something happens to the job and you have any problem whatsoever.....it is never an issue, they immediately come back to fix it!

Eric was in constant contact and at work site everybody. Extremely professional and came on time and on budget, very detail oriented.

The company was great. Put my names at Erse whole dealing with a contractor. On time quality work perfectionist.

They are absolutely fabulous. I have used them many times to build decks, put up molding and re do bathrooms. This was a minor thing they helped me out with. They are professional and on time.
