They came by, assessed the area with proper measurements, demolished and redid a whole new Trek and vinyl railings front deck. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system.
